  • Cool workout, I'd always recommend putting a few Turkish get-ups in there, I don't think there's a more universal exercise out there...

  • not really

  • not really

  • charlie james has some competition here.

  • You're my hero! I wish I could learn how to do the single snatches without bashing my wrists to a pulp :(

  • nice accent and body

  • Mmmmm, soooo hot.....

  • very impressive! i have a workout i do much like this one called the magic 50. 5 rounds of 5 swings per arm, 5 snaches per arm and 10 burpees. its very tough!

  • @thetornprince138 Sounds tough!! Burpees always kill me LOL

  • How much do those kettlebells weigh that you used in this workout?

  • @Ironman195422 Hi, Yellow ones are 16kg and blues are 12kg :)

  • @Kitty8Tim, Wow, pretty impressive! I'm 55 a man, and used just a 9kg on your 500 rep workout divided in 1/2 (250), first getting the technique down right and I really felt it in the lower back and hips. It was great, working those muscles that conventional weight training doesn't seem to hit quite as directly. I'm sure it won't be but a few weeks before I move up to a heavier one. Thanks you guys.

  • @Ironman195422 You're wise to use a ligher bell until your technique is good. All too often, guys especially think the heavier the better. It's far more impressive if you can master both :) You will progress up the weights quickly. I remember using 8kg for all my presses, now i do most of them with 16kg, dropping to 12kg when i get tired. Keep up the good work :D

  • @Kitty8Tim that is awesome you use a 16kg! i see very very few women who workout with a 16kg. do you play any sports?

  • @thetornprince138 No, I just do Kettlebell training, weights and some cardio. No Sport.

  • @Kitty8Tim ah i see. try this one sometime. 5 KB swings per arm, right into 5 KB snaches per arm, drop down and do renagade rows 5 per side. try that for 4 or 5 rounds with as little rest as needed between rounds.

  • @thetornprince138 Sounds tough - Cheers for suggestion

  • you are in great shape. how many hours do you spend working out every week?

  • @fredericl123 The last 2 weeks I've increased my cardio and weights, plus I did 5 of my partner's kettlebell classes, so I've done a lot more lately. But then I was off work. Thing will slow down again now I'm back.

  • Oh my gosh, this workout looks brutal!!! I can't wait until my shoulder is better! :D

  • @TheBarefootWarrior Aw poor you Melissa, hope your shoulder gets better soon! It''s awful having an injury.

  • I love kettlebells! hehe Great workout. The weather really makes a workout at the moment too :)

  • @WellnessMafia It sure does. As soon as the sun is shinning, I'm out putting something together. Makes me more energetic :)

  • How does that kettlebell not hurt your hands?! I had to buy gloves and still a bit uncomfortable

  • @MsMattie82 It hurts after a while, especially all those snatches, but my hands are toughening up to it :) Used to wear gloves, but think chalk is meant to be better, so you can develop your grip more.
