You can get the bios file from icy. Search "GBA BIOS FILE" in icy and get it. It should work.

right well I got it all working so other than the mic issue it's a good guide. Although, you say to delete the gpSPhone folder from /Applications if you were using 6.2.0. I was using a much older version of it (don't remember what), so presume this applies for me too. But there is no gpSPhone folder in /Applications.

You only need to put it in the /var/mobile/media/ROMs/GBA folder as far as I'm aware. If you go into that folder, it will say something like "Place the BIOS file here". Just copy it there and voila. It should work. Try reinstalling and placing it just there if it doesn't work.
