  • one day my jeep will keep up with this one.

  • @MrJeepdriver209 Thanks bro!!

  • I just caught myself drooling. Another inspiration rig for my build

  • @sjones26573 Haha sweet!! Thank you!!

    Cheers!

    Jeff

  • The song is ironic and is a contradiction.. lol

  • thumbs up for using a jeep for its intended purpose :D awesome looking jeep

  • @LilBabyBoo754 Thank you!! I love to crawl!

    Cheers!!

    Jeff

  • I LOVE MY JEEP TOO!!!

  • @TABergin LOL...Jeep on Jeepin' on!!!

  • 2:47, whats leaking?

  • @YakSauce808 It's just water that was trapped in the winch plate.

  • @YakSauce808 that is shades and sunlight

  • thats monster

  • were did you get those coil/overs in the front? Nice rig btw.

  • When I ran them at 25psi they bubbled way too much in the middle. It was very rounded. So I aired down to about 17 and they've been runnin fine

  • @ytown3 Funny thing is, I was looking at what I posted below and thinking, who wrote that...lol

I'm guess you are talking about the Creepy Crawlers?? I find that even at 5 psi it is hard to get all the tread on the road, at 24 I wore the centers fast, so I wrote Maxxis and asked about the rim width, figuring maybe it was my rim width that caused them to wear down the centers prematurely but they told me that these tires are not meant for the road.

  • @PirateJeep well i just bout a set for my truck a whil back and they are on 10in wide rim. a buddy of mine hd them a while back on the same type of truck and he said he got 20k me out of them. but i do have a 2nd truck so hopefully they will last a little while

  • @ytown3 right on man, yeah, that's why I bought my BFG KM2's, I wanted something that was half aggressive yet would give me lots of street life, so far I have put over 20K (kilometers) on them and they are barely showing any wear. But like I said, there is so much meat between the lugs on the creepy's that the groover will give them a lot more life!

    Good luck bro!!

  • @ytown3 I couldn't get them to balance on the street either, always a wobble so I bought my self some KM2's for the street and now only run the CC's on the rocks...and to and from the trail but the tire pressure stays at 5 psi. After wearing the centers down so much they were 5/32 tread, so I took my groover and grooved out in between each lug and brought them back to 15/32

  • @PirateJeep When you put in the 4 in llift did you have to put any extensions in it for like the brakes and shit?

  • @mrmarinem16 No, I didn't but they were maxed, but all that is needed is to move the mounts on the frame to extend them..

  • Nice Jeeper! I love my TJ too. Great build, keep up the good work!!

  • @carbonjrk Thanks man!! Jeep on Jeepin' on!!

  • @PirateJeep

You should let the air out of your tires if you are rock crawling like that.

  • @Sunfadedlovejaded Yes man, they have 5 psi in them, they are brand new tires so they are still quite stiff, not to mention that Creepy Crawler have a thick one inch sidewall...If you go through my videos you'll see a video I did on air comparisons in the winter and am planning to do another one on the rocks...

  • @PirateJeep

Ok, maybe you got me there about 1 inch thick sidewalls then I say this.. Love your dog, feed em, play with em, wash em and allow em to frolic with other dogs in a sexual manner so that dog knows and enjoys all forms of life.

    :P

  • nice 1

  • Sick jeep, awsome articulation 2:35/2:50 I have plans for my 97 tj and just bought an 01 tj cant wait to lift them both....

  • @raptor0571 Thanks man!! Good luck with the builds!!

    Happy trails!!

    Jeff

  • name of the song please man?

  • @suzukimotorboy It is Low Rider by War :)

  • Dude thats sick!!.. The long arm kit is amazing. where can u get those flat fender flares at??

  • @eflite90 lol...thanks man, the fenders are home made.

  • @eflite90 you can also get similiar fenders from the 4wd catalog and also check out rustys for everything jeep

  • What psi you run has many factors, radial tire or bias ply tire, rim width, vehicle weight, type of terrain. These tires (Maxxis Creepy Crawlers) are bias ply and set up on a 10 inch rim, I run them at 5 psi off-road and 24 on road. I am now running a radial BFG KM2 and in deep snow I run on avg. 5 psi, on regular trail rides in the summer 12 psi is just about perfect and for most tires and set up for summer trail rides I recommend 12 psi but on the street I usually run closer to 30 psi

  • what psi are you runnin on them tires? i heard your sposed to run around 15psi on and off road

  • @ytown3 I wouldn't think about driving around on 15 psi for much mileage, it's ok from the trail to an air pump but your tires will wear un-evenly and scallop if you drive much mileage on that low a pressure... I'm no god of knowledge on this subject but I do have many years under my belt when it comes to air pressure in different tires I have owned and I would say that the person who told you 15 psi on street and off-street is quite mistaken...

In most circumstance 12 psi off-road 28 on road!

  • @PirateJeep Watch my last 3 videos I uploaded, they are on tire pressure when off-roading in the snow...

    Happy trails!!

    Jeff

  • is that an 8 or 9 inch lift

  • @backdraftmagnet Rock Krawler calls it an 8" lift plus I already had a 1" body lift

  • @PirateJeep nice

  • @backdraftmagnet Thanks man, my plans are to lower it a bit though, not that I really find it too high but so I can adjust my coilovers better, plans are just to move the coilover mounts a little higher which in turn will bring the body down a couple inches and at the same time I hope to add 8 or 9" to the wheelbase...

    Cheers!

  • ok i love youre jeep good work

  • @DEWGEN08 Thank you!! :)

  • Awesome rig!

    Jeff

  • man what kinda front fenders are u runnin?? who makes them? they look good! im lookin around to see what kinda i wanna put on my rubicon

  • @1badrubi Hey man, my fenders are home made, your best bet is to find a fabricator and show him what you want or google tube fenders, there are lots out ther, Gen right, Overkill, they are pricey but nice!

  • Comment removed

  • Very nice.

  • @jetjodta Thanks man, I love it!! lol

  • @carcrzy92 Hahaha, thanks man but I'm not sure I could sell her, she's the next best thing to a buggy that you can still drive on the street...I would have to be offered well over $25K to even entertain the thought of selling her... Thanks for all your great comments!!

    Cheers!

    Jeff

  • Nice ride!!

  • @neolexington Thanks man!!

  • get some videos on here of the old ford you got sitting sorry to say but the old ford would be better mudding and rock climbing then a jeep cause i got both and the old ford all the way.

  • @Foxracing192014 maybe an old (but very much built) Bronco, but there aren't many left in Canada that aren't rotten.

  • Nice TJ! What Brand of Flat fenders did you go with? I am looking for a set to put on my Tj?

  • This is not necessary. But... strangely I want it.

  • @jordan060592 LMAO what do you mean Not Necessary ????

  • Looks good bro, tons of travel. Do you have to get a slip yoke elimanator?

  • yes, he would have to, any lifted tj over 2 1/2 inches needs one, transfer case drops only go so far

    Nice jeep man

OMG! That is lovely! I love the articulations at 2:48!!!!

Wow, hon, I bet you are in 7th Heaven!

    Huge Hugs from South Texas!

  • very well built rig...I bet all the time and money put into all payed off when you drove it out of the garage...

Just curious! what year scout did you pull your front axle off of? and what did you do about matching the bolt patterns? I really wanna run the same axle setup, I already have the XJ rear..

    thanks

  • Thanks man...I'm VERY happy with her!!

I can't recall fer sure but something tells me it was an '84(I'll check)...Now is a good time to add a d300 to ur 231 as the Scout axle is a passenger side drop unlike a d30 or a Rubi d44 which are drivers side. Oh and the rear chromoly shafts come in a 5 bolt pattern to match the front pattern.

    Thanks again and good luck!!

    Jeff

  • Thats just sick

  • I LOVE THAT JEEP!!! that is one of the coolest jeeps ive ever seen. i wanna try and get a lift on mine this coming up summer i have a 1980 cj5 there is a pic on my channel. what size would you go if you had my jeep?

  • is this jeep an auto or standard.

  • standard

  • really so it can crawl in gear without stalling, that is impressive. what did u do to get it like that, marlin crawler tansfercase or gears what??

  • Dual transfer cases, 231/d300 with 5:13 gears for a crawl ratio of 155:1 :) She won't stall in first low at all.

  • that is awsome I envy you. even if it is a jeep its still fucken awsome.

  • Thanks man...I'm happy with her but it was a long build...check my channel a few more vidz of her on the trails.

    Cheers and happy trails!

    Jeff

    Cheers!

    Jeff
