I can't direct you to the exact verses but if you read in ANY version of the Bible in the books Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, you will see many verses that claim he is God.

I AGREE with this verse. But this verse is not enough to explain that the Son of GOD that was predicted among the prophets refers to ISRAEL. "you are my son and I have begotten you" I have shown u many verses that point out to Jesus being crucified, and Jesus being the SON OF GOD. What answers do you have for those verses?

All of the Old testament prophets predicted Jesus Christ's life, death, and ressurection. Not 1 prophet, not 2 prophets, but ALL THE PROPHETS. I think the conflict between muabia(pbuh)and hazrat ali(pbuh) is a political one and has nothing to do with the actual teaching of islam. However, the consequence of the conflict gave birth two these main two sects which are theologically slightly different but has many common grounds.. i don like the division between muslims like this..

Actually that is so not true. It's been recorded in history that there was an incident where Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him and his household)also revived a dead person. And there were other prophets of God who did miracles that no man could do, Moses, for example. But prophets of God only use miracles to prove to the people, that they are messengers of God not to show that they are God Himself.

This is what we call this type of thinking in Arabic as "compound ignorance". How can a human being refers to Mua'awiyah as RA (which means Allah is satisfied with him). How can Allah be satisfied with someone when his Prophet cursed that person by saying: May Allah never fills his stomach. This is a hadeeth which exists in many books including Sahih Muslim!
Yes, first of all may Allah guide us all. but then, why don't we read history! and holding what we think we know with both hands.

ur right brother, it is those sahaba who are at issue, bc the shia judgement about them, brings the whole of islamic theology in disribute, so u right 100%, i'm sorry to refer to mu'awiya, the only reason i did, was shia theology, on the most part, is based around mu'awiya (RA) events.
what astonishes me, is how can some1 so easly derive theology from post rasuullah events. so, as i said b4, i say again, understand islam n it's theology, then start with history.

I think the conflict between muabia(pbuh)and hazrat ali(pbuh) is a political one and has nothing to do with the actual teaching of islam. However, the consequence of the conflict gave birth two these main two sects which are theologically slightly different but has many common grounds.. i don like the division between muslims like this..

the conflict between Muavia and hz.Ali has nothing to do with sunni or shia conflict.both belive that in that war hz.Ali was right and the legitimate caliph at that time was him.the differences goes back to when the first caliph had been chosen.shia believes hz.Ali should have been the first and sunni believe he was the fourth.while sunnies love and respect hz.Ali,most shias do not like the first three calips and curse them.sunnis love hz.huseyin and curse yezid.

Actually that is so not true. It's been recorded in history that there was an incident where Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him and his household)also revived a dead person. And there were other prophets of God who did miracles that no man could do, Moses, for example. But prophets of God only use miracles to prove to the people, that they are messengers of God not to show that they are God Himself.

In fact, you don't have to read the Shiite books. Like I have suggested before many many times. All you have to do brothers is pick one (only one) history book from traditional Sunni scholars and just read it.

WHO HAD MORE FAITH ALI OR ABU BAKR. remember the time when ALI agred to be the alibi and slept in the prophets bed. He even knew that the enemies are going to come and kill the person sleeping in the bed at any moment. They did come but they realized that he was not Muhammad. DID HE HAVE any douts. AND REMEMBER AT THE SAME TIME abu bakr was very scared and did doubt the prophet and Alah when the enemies followed them to the cave in which they hid whilst migrating to medina.

imax2000 abu baker would definitely say no like umar and how he ran away from battle, and ali wouldn't be scared - was he scared when umar ran away from battle, NO similarily why would he be scared in the cave when allah protects the prophet and his companions, abu baker doubted the prophet's message and so by doubting he was scared - there were hypocrites among the companions of the prophets which is one of the reasons surah al munafiqoon was revealed

TELL Me if this is logical or if i am just plain mad. ALI was practicing the religion of ABRAHAM and then officially accepted islam at the age of 12. He was always a muslim since he followed the religion of Abraham. Other the other hand ABU BAKR became muslim at the age of 40 and was a kaffir before that. THEREFORE LOGICALLY, HOW CAN ABU BAKR BE MORE RIGHTIOUS AND BETTER THAN ALI AS CLAIMED BY MANY MUSLIMS BROTHER STEMING FROM SOME HADITH.

Were the other 3 kalifs included in the party = NO. And this stems from SAHIH HADITH. SO what does that tell you about IMAM alI, THE 4TH KALIFS, EVN THOUGH HE SHOULD RIGHTLFULLY BEEN THE 1ST.

If not, then what you are basically suggesting is that ALI ORDERED THE PEOPLE TO KILL UTHMAN AND THEN HE TRIED TO PROTECT THEM FROM BEING CAUGHT.

This is what we call this type of thinking in Arabic as "compound ignorance". How can a human being refers to Mua'awiyah as RA (which means Allah is satisfied with him). How can Allah be satisfied with someone when his Prophet cursed that person by saying: May Allah never fills his stomach. This is a hadeeth which exists in many books including Sahih Muslim!
