  • What happens when the table leg breaks?

  • @aimright3 lol i thought the same thing.

  • Dude thats fucking sick man, amazing strength on those rotator cuffs, and lmao at all these people telling you they broke their desks.

  • i tryed and broke the damn desk :s

  • good try dude, think you best stick some counter balance weights on the table though!

  • How long did you train for this?

  • Fancy stuff!

  • fantastic! how has this only got 32000 views?

  • i know this man, is gay...

  • Just FYI it works better if you point your toes...

  • @deebest83 no it doesnt...

  • wow! great work.

  • solid strength there, i like this bodyweight style stuff but im too heavy for it at the moment, still tryign to learn how to do a planche hold/push up currently able to hold the tucked position for a while but not much more than that.

  • a little windy inside

  • RESPECT

  • this is fucking pussy shit i do this with 1 arm for 10 min

  • Damn Son!!! That's insane.

  • lol bro those legs on that table are not designed for that

  • Great progression. Keep up the good work.

  • Are you in a hotel? lol

  • WOW

  • He can what 99,5% of this stupid muscle-bodybuilder-idiots can't!

  • @KikujiroChan bit of a stereotype but you're kind of right, I bodybuild but i also like to train bodyweight stuff too as i cba losing flexibility / functional strength

  • What Ninja clan do you belong too? just kidding. Nice Vid and very original.

  • @thejsaphlog at first I thought the tables.gonna break but u came through pretty good!

  • Of course hes Asian! Haha no just kidding. But seriously, that was pretty impressive. Keep it up

  • sounds like you got a storm outside

  • At first I was like WTF! and then i've seen that you're Asian :D

good job tho! I gotta start training more =( & Stop being a fatass!

  • awesome bro!!! great work keep it up

  • Awesome! :-D Excellent balance and abs.

  • U need to breath more my friend. You're muscles are working very hard especially in the plank stage and they need oxygen.

  • @TheTruthHurtsYup guess what, you also need a tight core for a plank. breathing pretty much makes that impossible

  • @rapesomeface Breathing while doing the planche is not impossible. I can tighten my core just fine and continue to breath. Yes, its not easy and it is strenuous, but then if it was easy everyone could do it and if you want to hold a planche for some time you need to give your muscles oxygen. Accomplished and well trained acrobats disprove 'impossible' all the time.

  • @TheTruthHurtsYup let me rephrase my statement: breatching might not be impossible, but it sure is stupid as fuck if you want that tightness

  • @rapesomeface ok whatever lol.

  • do you have a gymnastics background?

  • that's amazing dude

  • 1337 hax

  • That's pretty amazing!

  • Respect

  • Nice! :)

  • how tall are you?

  • @Diuable about 5'10

  • @thejsapblog how much is 5'10 :D

  • @zazunken 177.8 cm

  • @thejsapblog you look a lot shorter than that, probably due to your long torso and short legs.

  • Comment removed

  • legit!

  • How are your legs so strong so stay up?

Thats my only weak point, the thing holding me back...they cant support themselves.

  • @NRFuxion Its your lower back/core that keeps your legs up, not your legs. Do core training exercises to advance.

  • Man that shit is easy your kidding yourself

  • So sick! Great strength/balance!

  • D: YOU BEAST

  • that was actually really beautiful thanks for posting :-)

  • GG

  • all i could picture was the table flipping over and hitting you in the face

  • holy shit dude, nice one. I like how you showed your earlier attempts, and not just the perfect one at the end :)

  • man with small quarters like that, you can train anywhere!!! that is awesome

  • extreme planking levatational style XD

  • Tried it, Table flipped onto my face. BLoody nose D:

  • @TheeAverageAsian sorry to laugh at your expense but that's pretty damn funny haha. hope it didnt hurt too bad though, did you get it on film?

  • @TheeAverageAsian mount the table to the wall XD

  • @TheeAverageAsian mount the table to the wall

  • That is some damn fine work buddy.

  • That's some really cool stuff right there. Shame tables don't let you have a good grip, which is necessary in that muscle up transition.

  • good stuff quiet might

  • BEAST!

  • YOur a Beast Johnny. great vid

  • wow thats very very good! i cant even do a planche, i can KINDA do a front lever but its tucked :S

  • wow man that's cool

  • i just tried this on my billiards table, struggled to get from a straddled front lever to being on top of the table (didnt look very pretty), but this shall be my new goal for the next few months :)

  • thank you very good

  • thank you very good

  • dude i ENVY YEW!

  • i need a stronger table for my 195 lbs :(

  • @fraka899 yeah at my 175/180ish i felt the table shaking

  • Nice! How the hell do you keep such a solid grip on the table? My hands would slide right off

  • @PeopleOfTheSun100 probably from so much false grip training

  • @thejsapblog what is false grip training? I'm curious, and I need stronger wrists anyways. Plz reply!

  • whats impressive is the forearm strength needed. the rest is too, that just really gets me personally though.

  • Damn son!!

  • anyone else sit and watch this half hoping to just see the table break? lol

  • powerful.

  • incredible strength!

  • Really impressive! I'm glad I looked because I needed some inspiration for training my planche today.

  • @bennywill glad to have been of help.

  • really like this clip.. just to see the progression in ur attempts is inspiring i definitely want to be able to this !!

  • @kaz8666 thanks man, keep it up. everything comes with good hard proper training

  • thats good man!! great job

  • @bestlives Thanks, happy training!

  • nice work

  • Excellent. Front lever is super hard. cant get it yet with 2 straight legs

  • @baneparkour keep it up man, building the foundation of strength to do a lever takes a long time but is worth it

  • @thejsapblog Certainly. Been training for planche for 2 years and still can only hit it with one straight leg also. I think I just progress slowly :-) it IS worth it though. good luck with your training.

  • Impressive!

    Keep it up!!

  • Good job man!!!

  • WOW!! lol! I wish...Good stuff dawg!!

  • @aisimpkins1 thanks bro, happy training

  • @aisimpkins1 thanks bro, happy training

  • Wow that was awesome bro!!! Very very innovative way to do a lever, muscle up, and planche all in one move and from a table. Im going to give it a try and see if i can do it. Thanks for the sub im subbing u back too. :D

  • @Fazioenterprise thanks man, follow me on my blog (see description) and check out coach sommer's BTGB site (see description) for more info on galimores
