u know there are many reasons why this first one is my favorite out of all 3 movies, but the main one is that you see all the characters (especially the Pevensies) change. i mean Lucy becomes more adventurous and courageous (the Valient), Edmund goes from a selfish jerk to a selfless caring person who fights for what's right (the Just), Susan learns that it's ok to take chances sometimes, and Peter discovered his bravery and the heart of a warrior strength. MOST AMAZING BOOK ADAPTATION :D

@WhatsMyNameAgain0 Having read the books I think that the "Professor Kirke" who was in this book/film was actually the boy Digory Kirke who was sent to the wood between worlds and from there to Narnia in the first book.He knows its real because he was there but he has now grown up.

I dunno about you, but at 0:14 seconds i thought the White Witch looks so god damn sexy, esp with her crown an wearing Aslan's mane an that evil smile.

Though in that particular scene at 1:21 she looked like she was about to get her throat ripped out which she did.

Still pissed Aslan killed her, she was the best actress in the entire film. Tilda Swinton rules i hope she reprises her role as The White Witch in the next film, which will be a prequel.

I've not actually read The Magician's Nephew, but I have been told it involves young Professor Kirke and how he had the wardrobe and how Narnia came into being.

I would recommend reading it, It shows how the wardrobe is connected to Narnia, The birth of Narnia... The first King an Queens of Narnia.. Also The Witches own world an how she destroyed all life including her own sister to consume power... Also how she was brought into the real world (which was awesome) an how she was brought into Narnia.

It really would make an amazing movie if done right.

An the Witch said ''So much for Love'' i believe saying Love will not get him anywhere..Giving his life for Edmund would only doom his follower's. Little did she know he knew what he was doing. She didn't know the deep magic enough
