I agree that it’s annoying that Justin’s the only one that broke the rules but what I love most about their relationship(besides hot chemistry)is their ability to have each others back during tough times when apart. Brian punching Michael about Justin shouldn’t have been saved from bashing & Justin saving Brian again from legal problems. The list goes on. Brian & Justin don’t have it within themselves to hate each other so I find it odd when others do.

@MsSherri13 Yeah it would be easier to chose sides if either Brian or Justin were bitter about the break up, they were sad about it but not to the point where they hated each other. They both accepted for what it is and helped each other when needed and remained friends.

I love this scene. I love Brian and Justin they don't seem to notice anyone else around them. Gale and Randy are amazing actors. Everytime I see this scene and a few other I feel like I have been punched in my gut or chest. I can just feel their love. They are one of the best couples I've ever seen on TV gay or straight. Totally agree with you. However, let's not forget that Justin is only 19 years old. I'm sure that Brian let him go, forgave him, and took him back in 308 because he understood that Justin is still imature, still growing up, still unexperienced, allowed to make mistakes. Too good that Brian understood that. Because he always let Justin free, Justin came back as soon as he learned his lesson. Love them together!!!

Granted but age as an excuse doesn't really fly in QAF land since most of these characters acted immaturely anyway. And Justin liked to say that he was more mature than Brian, and many of the others agreed. So you're either mature or you're not. Can't have it both ways.  That's why I always loved that Brian embraced his youth and never used age as an excuse for anything. He always felt that a person should be responsible for themselves no matter what.

I see your point. The guys in the show are at different levels of maturity. Justin may be more mature than Brian emotionally, considering that he has a positive attitude towards love and relationships, different family background. Brian doesn't, particularly because he grew up in a loveless home. Maturity has many layers and I believe that time and experience is very important in some of them. But you're right. Justin is more mature in some aspects. :)
