  • So this guy's logic is that once you get fined and don't pay the fine no one cares...

    Yeah right.

  • The Congressman is the one who is debunked

  • If anyone believes Weiner...they are a FUCKING MORON...the "Health Care Bill" hires 16,000 ADDITIONAL IRS AGENTS! Why the fuck would they need them if not to enforce the fucking thing?

  • Weiner is a typical New York Lib-Tard. Please vote him and Schmuck Shumer out!

  • O'Reilly isn't interested in facts or even dialogue; ramrodding his narrow little views through without serious thought is all that interests him. Weiner is much smarter, informed and--most importantly--humane than O'Reilly can even imagine. But debating a wingnut like O'Reilly is like pissing in the wind. Having said that, BO isn't the worst of the lot. (That would be Fuhrer Beck.)

  • Ever time a dem gets backed into a corner they just start they change the subject or start a argument.Just like a woman!

  • Correction.... "Tax On Individuals Without Acceptable Health Care Coverage" is Title IV, Section 401 beginning on page 167 of HR 4872. While my below info is correct as it does pertain to HR 3962, it is HR 4872 that is currently on the president's desk awaiting his signature. HR 3962 only passed the House and parts it were included into the 2,310 pages of HR 4872. Again, Weiner is either lying or hasn't read a damn thing.

  • Title V, Section 501 of HR 3962 is simply titled "Tax On Individuals Without Acceptable Health Care Coverage" From that point on, read it for yourself. There is a tax imposed that will be enforced by the IRS. Weiner is either lying or he didn't read the bill. And for Weiner's information, the IRS comes every April 15th to make sure I'm "not littering."

  • Rep. Weiner is the one who got OWNED!

For Rep. Weiner to say that Mr. O'Reilly was incorrect when he said that the IRS has to see to it that everyone gets health insurance if they don't already have it!

Rep. Weiner said "you can chose to pay into a pool"....I don't think so!!!!

The cost of this bill has to be covered somehow!!!! GET IT!!!!!! ALL OF US MUST PAY!!!!

  • Rep Weennie lied, that is why Oreilly cut him off.

  • Actually, OReilly asked the question 5 times. Each time, Weiner went off topic and attempted to dodge the question. Each time, OReilly interrupted him and asked again. Im tired of the dodging of questions from out of control congressman who cant man up to the ideas they support.

And, like me, OReilly is an Independant... not a Republican.

  • @northernpatriot54 sure he is, 80% of fox viewers vote republican for a reason

  • AfreeQueen, tell me why Obamacare is good and why I should support it. I can tell you that this November, I will go to the polls and PUNISH those who voted for this Obamacare thing.

  • @FiREFLYSerenity408 I'm not going to tell you to support something you're don't want to support, firefly. Do what you want. Repeal this bill if you'd like. If you're question is actually a valid one, as per why I like the bill, I'll tell you. If you're not interested in why, stop reading the post now.

I think the bill is good and bad. I think it's good because finally, the burden of taxpayers paying for patient visits to ER's (those who don't have insurance coverage) is virtually over.

  • @AfreeQueen its good because now, instead of people being passed over for health insurance for preexisting conditions, insurance will be less expensive for those who can't afford high costs of HC co-pays. It is bad, for people who don't want it.

People like yourself think that more affordable healthcare means FREE healthcare.

  • It is bad for those, because it forces people to buy health care coverage and that is unconstitutional. I don't like the idea of paying and grouping my hardpaying tax dollars for a single entitlement program, that will probably cover illegals and lazy people. I mean..Anthony Weiner, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and others does not know what's in the bill. I don't know what's in the bill as well. Anthony Weiner doesn't know who will be punish for refusing to pay for the "fee".

  • But this health care bill is a sham, it is basically a health care entitlement program, I do not want to subsidize for a health care entitlement program that does not allow competition such as buying a variety of health care insurances that I choose, I have limited competition due to this massive health care government control. I also believe that this would create the problem of rationing, while just like the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom. It is very expensive as well!

  • @FiREFLYSerenity408 You didn't read the bill and you're dismissing it just like that. If a republican singed a bill I wasn't in favor of....and hadn't read up on, would you not suggest that I read up on it before making snap judgements?

  • I bet you didn't read it either, because it is thousands of pages. Did you think that any of the politician who made that bill read it?? I don't think so!! This isn't about Democratic or Republican, and I can care less about the label..I believe that premiums need to go down, but having an overhaul of the health care system by the government is the wrong way to do!!

  • @FiREFLYSerenity408 I actually read SOME of it. At least I can say THAT much. But I can dedicate myself to reading all of it. IF you will. If you won't at least read some of it, that means that you're willing to be led by the ideas of others and not a truth seeker.

  • I have read some of the things as well...but most of them are hidden behind that it would not reveal the truth. I am not willing to to pay this so-called "fee" that the president is saying, I can tell that there would be higher taxes for this and lots of cuts in Medicare. Many of the doctors have said that they would be quitting their jobs as well. And also..it seems to me that Obama will tie this to the IRS, that is why Mr. Anthony Weiner (idiot) was trying to avoid O'Reilly's question.

  • lol, Rep. Weener.

  • Because he's trying to talk about everything else except the answer that Bill asked about. A fine = a criminalization. The IRS give the fine, but they don't determine who gets it -according to Weiner- the public will be on the honor system. At least, that's what I hear from Wiener.
