  • its a false widow spider same family as a black widow bite is same as a bee stingwe have them in the west country at bottom of england

  • this spider is called a fake blakc widow its the same as normal one but has not got the spot

  • Generally found in tropical areas, the brown widow spider is closely related to the black widow spider and is poisonous, according to LSU AgCenter entomologist Dr. Dennis Ring.

Experts say the spider ranges in color from gray or tan to dark brown and may reach 1 inch to 1½ inches long. Like its better-known black widow cousin, the brown widow spider has a yellow-to-orange hourglass marking on the underside of its abdomen.

  • It also has black and white marks on the top of the abdomen and often has dark bands on its legs. "Its venom is more toxic than the black widow’s," Ring said. "But it doesn’t put out as much venom in its bite."Ring said the brown widow spider is most often found in areas that haven’t been disturbed, such as brush piles, wood piles and areas where hurricane debris has accumulated.

  • They also can show up in crawl spaces, under chairs, in garbage can handles and under flower pots, eaves and porch railings."These spiders are shy and are less likely than black widows to bite humans," Ring said. "Nevertheless, they can bite when they come in contact with a person’s skin."

Ring suggests wearing gloves, long-sleeved shirts and long pants when working outdoors, especially in areas that don’t get a lot of human activity.

  • In addition to recognizing the spiders themselves, Ring points out that the egg sac of the brown widow is different from that of the black widow. The white-to-tan-colored egg sac of the brown widow is lumpy. The black widow’s egg sac is smooth. The egg sac can be found attached to the web and is about one-half inch in diameter.

  • The best remedy for controlling brown widow spiders is to remove areas where they may nest, according to Ring. The LSU AgCenter entomologist recommends picking up clutter and sealing cracks and crevices around doors and windows, as well as in driveways and sidewalks.Ring added that brown widow spiders also can be controlled by using spray or powdered insecticides labeled for spiders.

  • Since i couldn't post the link. I can copy and paste as much as i can that i found on the site.

  • I don't think that was a Black Widow. How ever it still may be a Widow. A Brown Widow.

  • btw I subbe dto you because of your voice, first video i have seen, Time to watch others

  • WONDER WHY ITS CALLED A WIDOW..... murdered its own husband....... fucking female spiders. ಠ_ಠ

  • ಠ_ಠ....EAT IT!!!

  • you talk like a really over the top anchor man

  • @zedooncadhz Yes, that is my professional radio voice.

  • It looks like a cousin... steatoda grossa. or a steatoda nobilis.

It's not that dangerous. The venom is less dangerous. Don't kill it anyway.

  • kill that mother fucker

  • where is hes friend??

  • that isnt a black widow your friend would be dead???

  • @eminem1178 Not all bites are deadly, but I wouldn't be playing with one. If I see one, it is history as soon as I find a rock or thick leaf to smash it with. NEVER use your foot, even if you have a shoe on. This is the wise words of experience telling you that.

  • Why the fuck would you film this instead of taking you friend to the hospital, dumbass

  • Its toast? No thats a spider SILLY BILLY!!!xD

  • @SuPpAMaDBrOs

hahaha i bust out laughing when i saw this comment lol xx

  • KILL.IT!

  • ww3

  • Fucking Fake.

  • @iRouRoui What is fake about this? It's a real Widow spider, it was caught in my house behind one of my slot machines, and it bit my friend.

  • @BeanMeister22 The spider isn't fake, but your story is. Look at the second video with that big motherfucking bite in your friend's arm...

  • @iRouRoui My friend got bit and I filmed the bite over the next week or so, as it got worse. It swelled up and started looking like the flesh was being eaten away. My friend was cool with this and is involved with many of my videos. But after his wife heard that I was going to upload it, she freaked out and he changed his mind. So I put that link to that poorly made stage prop bite, and I still hope he will change his mind and let me post the real bite which is much nastier than any stage prop.

  • proboha tě bože!!!!!

  • What type of cat is your cat?

'cause you see, I love animals (except insects, and ESPECIALLY the BLACK WIDOW or anything that is similar to it) Ex. Dogs, Cats, Dolphins, Lion Cubs, Wolves, etc.

  • @kimDayoung7909 I have 3 cats: a big flame point Siamese, a small Siamese/tabby mix, and a Russian Blue mix.

  • @BeanMeister22 Lucky!!! I would of LOVED to get a cat (or 2 =]) but my mom doesn't like dogs or cats. So now I am all lonely, just typin some letters on my computer... typing...typing...typing... D=

  • Srry bout your friend

  • you posted this on my birthday XD

  • Black widow? hmmm not even close, if it was your friend would be pushing daisies right now considering that a kiss from a black widow is 10x more deadlly then the rattle snake...dont believe me..look it up

  • Wow...you are a horrible person for wanting to kill the poor spider...The spider was just nervous...

  • @Inulvr411 Then I'm pretty sure that you would hate my video where I shoot a big spider with a shotgun.

  • DUDE...ITS NOT A BLACK WIDOW BUT IT DOES LOOK BAD...GOD BLESS U DUDE!

  • thats not a black widow you dumb ass

  • @fourlokoJoker Listen you turd, you of all people, are no one to call me a dumb ass!

  • @BeanMeister22

When a video is titled black widow and shows no such thing we are someone to call you out on your ignorance regardless if it hurts your feelings.

  • @fourlokoJoker Yes, that would be true if you were a real YT channel, instead of just a troll channel. You just might think that you are being clever, but people don't really like trolls, and that means they don't really like you. And I know I just made your day by responding to you twice, but since I knew you had no friends, I thought I'd toss you that bone.

  • @fourlokoJoker I have some news for you, they come in brown too. Only the mature Black Widow is shiny black.

  • @fourlokoJoker it is a steatoda grossa. The false widow. Shitty bite but wont put your life in any real danger.

  • @fourlokoJoker its called a fake black widow its the same as a normal 1 but has not got the red spot

  • dumb humans

  • that is a male black widow males are brown and tan their venom is harmless to humans.

  • not a black widow.

  • thats a brown widow, an adult too, darn that mustve been painful

  • this is not a black widow

  • Get your shotgun

  • .........

  • " By a widdo spider." LOL

  • it's a false widow.

  • Wheres the link?

  • Comment removed

  • thats a false widow.

  • its a brown recluse

  • yeah, this isn't a black widow, I don't know for sure what it is, but it's not black, it's too big to be a male, and it's thorax and head are shaped wrong. There are alot of spiders that can hurt you pretty bad though. It might be a false widow as you said, they are closely related.

  • I have been walking by black widows since I was 5. They always are at the corner of my front door.

  • USE A CAN OF FLORESCENT SPRAY PAINT , ORANGE, BLUE, GREEN... SPRAY PAINT THE BLACK WIDOW NOTE THE DATE AND PLACE IN YOUR LOG BOOK WAIT ABOUT 2 YEARS YOU MAY COME ACROSS SOME MAN IN YOUR TOWN YOU HAVE ALWAYS HATED AND KNOWN WAS A MURDER OF INNOCENT WOMEN AND CHILDREN HE IS THE SAME COLOR MUTATED INTO ITS SKIN. TIME WILL COLLIDE YOU WILL KNOW HIM AND HE WILL KNOW YOU AND THAT YOU HAVE FUCK UP ITS METAMORPHASES TRANSISTION INTO A HUMAN REPLICA FROM A BLACK WIDOW SPIDER IN HIDE!

  • dude animal cruelty? 0:47

  • 0:32

Because that spider has Assasin Pro on.

  • @Joncingular His cat is too smart not to fuck around with black widows.

  • Hey! A small PAB cup from the LEGO store!

  • this is a steatoda grossa, i breed these types of spiders. they give a nasty nip but no long lasting damage (unless ur sensitive, allergic to the neurotoxic venom) any puss and excessive swelling after the bite will be down to infection and not the venom its self

  • Looks like a brown widow spider

  • why do you hive that any way you are very stupid fuck

  • whats with the commentry lol

  • @Joncingular Exactly. lol

  • @Joncingular Yeah I guess we already knew that eh? :-) Sorry.

  • You are a complete fucking moron. This is a false widow spider.

  • @Joncingular You are an idiot. :-)

  • The reason your doctor told you to try to bring it in so you can get bitten and then he can make more money off you guys.

  • looks more like a brown widow... natural predator to the black widow, and equally harmful. not as common though

  • widows have a yellow/orange/red thoracic diamond/triangle and are plain aggressive - wishing your friend bitten is bad karma

  • @silverleaf980 the females are black and red and the males are smaller and brown do some research before you act like you know everything

  • @Joncingular Maybe, but I have a couple of videos of Giant House Spiders, and every once in awhile I find a big one dead and chewed up that one of my cats left on the floor. I'll post a video of a dead one in the next week or so.

  • there are different kinds of black widow, and some of them have strange patterns instead of the red dot/hourglass

  • 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩shit.

  • ok retard if you cant figure it out , it a female black widow seriously. The males are the ones thats are black and red!~

  • thats not a black widow.

  • come on. nobody got bit!

  • wheres the link to the bite video

  • I can't stand spiders...I jumped when the fucker moved the first time

  • Uh why is "false" in the tags

  • @Mrthesuper123 Because some people have said that this might be a False Widow spider, rather than a male Black Widow spider.

  • @BeanMeister22 Its NOT a freaking blackwidow and its NOT A male one for sure.

  • i'm on the weird side of youtube now

  • was the spiders name charlie?

  • Did you friend die? You should buy the book 'All My Friends Are Dead'.

  • @hereticrick5 Ok, enlighten us. But remember that all black widows, even the females, do not always have a red mark on them. Additionally, the male of the species is a bit smaller, and a bit less poisonous; some people have suggested that this is possibly a male black widow. Currently, I am of the belief that this is actually a false widow, which is still poisonous, just less poisonous than the black widow.

  • @BeanMeister22

If its a false widow change the title please.

  • @BeanMeister22 I totally agree with you. That person obviously doesn't know how to use google.

  • @BeanMeister22 ITS NOT A MALE BLACK WIDOW they aren't black DUH you dumb ass.

  • @BeanMeister22 This is definitely female. Too big to be male & the males have sacks on their Pedipalpi (the small leg looking things near the mouth). Male's look the same as a adolescent female (male doesn't mature fully). Also, about the red mark as you call it. You are both correct & yet wrong. They all have the hour glass on the bottom side of the abdomen. It can be red, orange, or yellow, at least from what I've seen. I used to keep widow spiders as pets.

  • @drkfngthdragnlrd "They all have the hour glass on the bottom side of the abdomen. It can be red, orange, or yellow"

    No lie.

  • @BeanMeister22 Some have other marking on the top side (actually all do, but they fade as the spider grows). This one is not a North American Black Widow (as found in California) as it's an adult & still has the "angel wings". There are many types of Widow Spiders in California. A False Widow is NOT a Widow Spider, hence why they are called false & why they have no hour glass. This is how you tell them apart.

  • @drkfngthdragnlrd Yeah, I found out several years ago about the ones that look like the common *nice guy* house spider, can be a brown widow. I was with my then three year old nephew looking for bugs in the back when we found it,,, in the garden 'swinging bench' folds.

  • LMFAO it flipped you off as soon as you said it was toast. xD

  • in 0:52 the spider flipped you off tsk tsk

  • "This spider is toast !" LOL

  • i completely understand why you wanted to rid of the spider, but it's not the spider's fault! it's bad it bit your friend, but spiders are amazing creatures that eat other nasty insects. without spiders, the world would be a mess.

  • To get rid of spiders do this: get / make a cardboard box with open ends, make it small so the spider will use it as hiding place, then buy / borrow some double sided sticky tape, make sure it's really sticky, try not to touch the tape with you fingers, use gloves, then apply the double sided sticky tape to all the inner walls of the box & place on a dark place on the floor. When the spider goes inside, it gets glued & eventually dies. Replace box as needed. Don't touch poisonous spider.

  • THATS NOT A LATRODECTUS (BLACKWIDOW) U IDIOT!

  • That is a noble false widow. Very common. Bites can be very sore and painful. But generally not many die. I have caught one this morning in Warwickshire uk. Got it in a tub will let it go later.

  • CRIKEY! i have one in my shed! im not going in there anymore!

  • How ironic that spider-man's my favorite marvel character and yet... Real life spiders freak me out, especially black widows. T_T

  • no offense but your cats wouldnt stand a chance it has all the advantages its small so it can hide under washin machines ect and can stick to walls make webs plus its venom can be a bit of a prick

  • @GarySmith1242 Maybe...But remember, cats have spider radar. They can sense a spider when it comes in range, and they can hunt it down before the spider knows what hit him. As for the venom, cats have the advantage of size and speed, as long as they kill it before they get bit, they should be ok.

  • @BeanMeister22 mmm intresting i didnt know that thank you :)

  • That looks like a pick a brick cup from the Lego store

  • i dont know why im watchign this it will freak me out :( lol

  • is your friend ok? and did that stupid spider die? i hope so i hate spiders they scare me!

  • That's a male black widow - it's bite is hot harmful and it's not as scary as a female :)

  • That thing would murder your cats.

  • OH SH!T

  • PICK A BRICK

  • Ewww.

  • HOLY CRAP

  • IN DESCRIPTON ITS HANDLE YOU SAID HADLLE

  • @MultiLuis0007 Thanks, I fixed it. As you can tell, I was in a big hurry to get this video uploaded before I had to go back to work.

  • i am starting to see a face in that evil thing

  • Man, thats one hell of a spider! I hope your friend gets better!

  • eww! i had a mini explosion of black widows a few years ago in and around my house. it was creepy!

    xoexo

  • @Prototype87 Coming from Brazil, I bet there were all sorts of creepy things in there...like maybe even a Chupa Cabra?

When I worked in a lumber yard, I used to hate stacking the treated wood like SunWood. Something in the chemicals they used to treat it would give me a rash. I know it wasn't the formaldehyde, because I drank plenty of Soju when I was in Korea :)

  • lego pick a brick cup!

  • @ParkersUniverse Pick a Brick cups...not just for LEGO anymore :)

  • Crazy dude. I didn't know black widows were that common here in Oregon.

  • @BroBryce2009 There are a few in western OR, but there are a lot in eastern OR. When I was a kid we would find them in the wood pile when we got firewood from out by Mitchell and La Pine.

  • Man I hate those things! Good luck!!

  • Hope he comes out ok! Lots of people die from widow spider bites!

  • Where is the link? Is your friend alright?

  • @biojosh398 The link is right on top of the short clip of the spider bite. So just click on the picture of the bite, and it will open in a new window.

  • @biojosh398 the link is in the frame where it shows the bit your welcome :D

  • @secondhandedsoul Thanks for the help. It was gross. Thanks :)

  • I hate those things! unless they are covered in chocolate

  • Dude, I live in SW Florida and it's infested with black widow spiders here!

  • @greggfla well SW Florida is off my list of places to go, i hate spiders

  • I HATE spiders...

  • oooh that spider is so cute

  • LET IT BITE YOU YOU MIGHT GET SPIDY POWERS

  • @GoNmanne11 That only works for radioactive spiders, this one will kill ya.

  • you need to get some crawly cruncher to sort it out, i can see a face in it's rear bit, is that Justin Bieber's face?

  • @leokimvideo I thought the face looked like MJ

  • I don't have have to sleep tonight anyways. Thanks!

  • Wow, it's times like this that I'm glad I don't live in California.

  • Deadliest things on Earth.

  • @pacifisto0o0o I hate all spiders!

  • Is your friend ok ? ? ? ? send me a pm

  • @MegaActionFigureFan Yes she is, but I'm more concerned about why that spider was in my house. I keep feeling things crawling on me now.

  • Is your friend okay??? I hope he is

  • @catzrule76 Yes she is fine, but I did make several gross videos of the spider bite.

  • Wow! Great shots of the widow. I hope your friend is okay!!

  • @biggydman I'm sending you a PM in 3 minutes.

  • I got a spider bite last night and its not bad enough to give me MRSA.

  • How sad... POOR POOR SPIDER! If u haven't already killed it. Tell it that i feel sorry for him that he had to bite a human! Because.. I would rather bite a cow. Well if i was spider! Which i'm not. Honestly i am - i mean honestly i'm not. :|

  • @Legozmindz You'll have to tell it to that spider's ghost, because he is now long gone :)

  • I have a severe case of arachnophobia I'm trying to work out. I almost passed out, but this was really cool. Great upload, BM22 I have to admit this was interesting

  • @toppertwist I keep feeling things crawling on me, for some reason this spider really bothers me a lot more than those Giant House Spiders from my other videos. It took me about 20 minutes to edit this; that's 20 minutes of having to look at it.

  • Omg scary little demon!

  • @Lego65200animations I hate spiders...a lot! Have you seen any of my videos about Giant House Spiders? They are a lot bigger than this one, but this one is a lot creepier.

  • my mother used crawly cruncher when we moved in we had sht loads of red backs (same thing as black widow basicly) and that was like over 11 years ago and we dont get any red backs anymore i suggest buying some only norm spiders that arnt usualy agressive

  • @FAZER00432 no lolz i just failing at spelling i should of puta a , at buying some, only norm spiders

  • @jordandcv123 Crawly Cruncher is a cool name :)

  • @BeanMeister22 ha ha yeah it is the best stuff for spiders and other bugs u dont like it kills them very quick including ants i sprayed a ants nest that was living in the back stairs and now there are non there
