I think Mr Limbaugh is confused. The verdict for Kelo V City of New London was given in 2005 way before Obama had even announced his run for presidency and before the democrats swept up either houses.

Now that doesn't mean this didn't happen. Obviously it did and it's not a supreme court decision that I particularly agree with but taking a single case out of context like that and infer something completely contrary is in fact a gross misrepresentation and a poor excuse for "journalism"
