Dude, calm down, just cuz the girl is influenced by the Cocker doesn't mean she's trying to steal his dancing queen crown. Other singers apart from jarvis cocker have been known to dance on stage, and I really bet you know her personally enough to be able to say whether she has any personality or whether her head is up her own arse (which is sorta contradictory btw).
