@zaper002 This and the first NES Where's Waldo games were probably their first attempt in video game development. Usually the first game a company makes is either poorly done, well done with little replay value, or is ripping-off another game.

When I played this game in real life before the Internet and emulation came, the Game Over screen in the one I played didn't show "Oh no!", it showed Macaulay Culkin's face upclose while doing his trademark scream.

This Home Alone game was developed by Bethesda Studios, who also did the first NES Where's Waldo game.

@Doommaster1994 No, I remember seeing it in real life while playing it in elementary school (I mean INSIDE). Even the AVGN has the NES Home Alone with Kevin's screaming face as the Game Over screen, and parodied it in the AVGN Captain S cross-over Christmas special. The ones who widely dumped the rare version of the game that only has the "Oh no!" cloud must of been lucky.

My copy has the Oh No! and puff of smoke. So the one you're talking about must have been the gameboy at least or maybe it was another version of the NES version.
