Very Good. Just a few recommendations...

1. The pic started out great but lost a bit when you darkened it at the end. You lost a lot of the detail that you could have worked into the picture instead of darkening it.

2. Instead of "scribbling" the shading use a shading pencil and rub the shading together then come back over it to accent the details. This gives the pic a smooth pro look to it and helps the details pop out.

Overall, great job! Keep working and you'll be great.
