  • @handsupbud Since you are not able to read it is probably no meaning to write that in the information text on the clip it say "I also use a LF to 4MHz konverter." 4.018.1-4.000.0 = 18.1kHz...

  • This is a type of HF data link to submarines. Sounds like AMTOR packet radio. Signals are strong of course, they provide worldwide command function.
