i don´t like at all how it looks. i rathe use my waves mercury bundle. it sounds a lot better. nothing better exists than waves mercury bundle. buy it!

ozone? hhahah you get ozone for 200 dollars but waves costs over $ 6.000 so guees whats better... of course ozone also is a bit better than free-ware like audacity... but... BUT WAVES IS THE ULTIMATE REFERENCE there exists nothing better for mastering and editing waves is lightyears above ozone its like you compare a old bike (ozone) with a porsche (waves).. so guess whats more worth...

Just because something costs more dosn't necessary mean it's better. Sonnox, PSP Audioware and Izotope plug-ings are equal in terms of audio quality. Many people prefer not to use Waves as you can get the same effect using plug-ins that are more friendly to your pocket.

most people will never use ozone and psp or sonnox because these 3 are just not good enough for regular waves users... i collect plugins.. the best of the best... and i think sonnox is ok... but its just nothing compared to waves... and ozone is not even 10 % as good like a "waves plugin".. ozone is not at all good sounding... when u ask me... the only thing which is - almost - one the same high quality level like waves are digidesign plugins... they are the next best reference

And if you say that waves plug-ins are better than those I mentioned before then you must be wiser and have bigger experience than the editors and specialist at Computer Musician, Sound on Sound and Future Music. You are entitled to have your own opinion but I do not see any arguments backing your opinion. More expensive doesn't mean better.

Can this also be used as a stand alone program ?? Say for example if i render a project from fl studio could i then load that project into ozone and process it that way ?? any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

if it doesnt which i dont think it does yet...you can put it in compatibility mode. all you do is right-click on the icon for izotop go to properties and then click on the compatibility mode tab. then select the box that says...run in compatibility mode then run it as vista or winxp
