@1immz I'm pretty sure the Gallick gun is. Gallick is from latin, and it means Honor. Or something like that. So it's basically an attack used by royalty. Which makes me think it's an attack of superb or majestic quality. On the other hand, the kamehameha was described as an attack "using 100% of the users maximum potential" but Goku doesn't seem to use it that way, so in my opinion, Roshi's 100% Kamehameha > Gallick Gun> Goku's weak version of Kamehameha
