Ντάξει μην τρελαίνεστε ορισμένοι. Μέγιστος μουσικός, καταπληκτικό το κομμάτι (ορχηστρική απόδοση του καταπληκτικου τραγουδιού "Δρόμοι παλιοί" αλλά κατά τ' άλλα ο Μίκης είναι μια καρικατούρα σε ότι αφορά την πολιτική στην Ελλάδα. Αλλοπρόσαλλες απόψεις μια ζωή, με αποκορύφωμα το ακροδεξιολαικιστικο και καλά πατριωτικό κίνημα τη "Σπίθα" που είναι για τα πανηγύρια. Είχε δίκιο ο Χαρίλαος Φλωράκης που είχε πει ότι ο Μίκης είναι ο κουζουλός του έθνους. Και σαν τέτοιο τον αγαπάμε.

Constantinopole = Κωνσταντινούπολη from the words Κωνσταντινος(Constantine) and Πόλη(City) meaning The city of Constantine(the one who built it), it is very common for naming cities, ex. Alexandroupole(City of Alexander), Filipoupole(City of Filip), Stavroupole(City of Stavros) and many more like that exist in greece.

Instanbul comes from the phrase Is ten Pol(to the City in greek minor asian dialect), Greeks(especially minor asian and pontian greeks) often called(and still do) it as Pole with p in upper case(meaning "The City", in lower case means "city"). This was adopted also by many foreigns and the phrase Is ten Pole was very common in byzantium era. The thing most people dont know is that turks named it Instanbul in 19-20th century(3 centuries after they took it), b4 that they called it Constantiyee

Several question to Serpico: 1. Were the police salaries so small that a cop couldn`t afford a haircut ,a shave and - possibly, though screens don`t smell - a bath? 2. If the salaries were so small - then why did he blame the corrupted cops (who also supported families,while he hadn`t)? 4.
