  • Was that Doug Flutie that won lolz

  • What is the weight, rep range on the front squats and the distance and resistance on the bike???

  • how much do they have to squat tho??????

  • @Giri1Miko looks like 100kg

  • Why didn't those guys shake hands!?

  • THINKING BOUT TRAINING FOR IT MYSELF

  • I play real sports, Im not trying to be the best at exercising.

  • @jcwrestle06 No you mean you play real "games" with rules, like football, baseball, basketball, tennis, etc. Like GSP said, he considers true sports things that have been around since the dawn of time and which test the abilities of a man like track, swimming, gymnastics, powerlifting, and combat sports, i.e. martial arts/wrestling,etc.

  • @seanyglass I am an athlete, but I have tremendous respect for these guys; this is the kinda of fitness that embodies what combat operatives like SEALs, DELTA, Para Rescue, MARSOC, SF, have to train like in order to be effective in their missions.

  • @seanyglass its from eastbound and down... i was making a joke. The definition of what a sport is very general, what you said is just GSP's opinion. If it were true then the only true sports would be hunting and gathering.

  • lol guy in blue just comes up out of nowhere

  • Does anyone know what kind of bikes those are? Thanks.

  • @aaronb2741 Those are the Watt Bikes. I know you can get them on rogue fitness' website

  • Unless there is year round testing for performance enhancing drugs by the WADA.........this is a meaningless event.

  • As a former Bodybuilder, they shouldn't even comment on this. This is what a true athlete and warrior does. Bodybuilding is built on taking large amounts of ergogenic aids and doing exercises that have nothing to do with fitness. The sport of bodybuilding is mired deep in pornography on both sides (Men and Women). Crossfit is a display of Crdiovascular/respitory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Jay Cutler would get smoked....

  • crossfit > all

  • @MDCCCXCIV powerlifting > crossfit, strongman > crossfit, track > crossfit, ironman > crossfit, marathon runners > crossfit, ect.. > crossfit. crossfit only trumps other crossfit

  • @TheMegaSolrac That's like saying basketball players > soccer players. The people who participate in track, or ironman, or marathons are only great in their respective categories. They all have their specialties. Crossfit has no specialties. They are training to be good at everything rather than great at just one thing. If the specialist is taken out of their own sport, I'd bet on the crossfitter every time. Hands down.

  • Monkey magic!

  • These people are strong as this kicks ass there training must be brutal. Good shit ive been doing crossfit for 2 years now and im no where near there level crazy shit but im only 20 so look out! And to the haters im sure even the profesional bodybuilders you look up to would respect the work and pain these guys go through...... Pro tip weaklings that enjoy to write comments based on there own imcompetency "YOUR NOT TRAINING HARD ENOUGH" so before you say some more dumb shit HARDEN THE FUCK UP

  • @junkmanix bodybuilders don't look up to this crossfit crap

  • If you dont know yet, Joshua Birdges is a Navy SEAL

  • @peligro28 Then the whole competition must of been cake to him.

  • @49fortyniners wow your a moron this isn't about building fake muscle it's about building strength and endurance. Not working on cardio vascular energy is the reason bodybuilders are weak and useless in real life situations.

  • Comment removed

  • @49fourtyniners. You silly boy, this a real dudes in combat shape, they aren't little penis body builders with show muscles.

  • what is it exactley that they must do?

10 reps frontsquat? cycling for how far? and the swing routine?

  • @nickg60 normally for calories, or distance. depends.

  • @49fortyniners they arent training man. im sure if this was a training session they would approach it differently. there is no specific way to train for these competitions, which is what makes it amazing that these guys can do this.

  • @49fortyniners LMAO!! Keep using that "Men's Fitness" mentality while you watch and mock a SEAL, a former Green Beret and several past and present D1 and professional athletes. You're a sideline hero.

  • МОЛОДЦЫ !

  • what weight were the lifting??

  • @cuba306 225 lbs

  • @Westilchester thanks and sorry for the misspelling

  • How do none of them not know how to stay on the bar and turn around? You'd think they never played on the monkey bars as a kid.

  • @illegitimate0 i think they do it to get some momentum on their swing

  • @illegitimate0 It'd be in the rules that they had to get both hands on the last bar and dismount before turning it around.

  • @Maxipainauchocolat No, in the rules it was both your hands have to touch the last bar, but you don't have to dismount. In the women's finals a gymnast turned around without dropping, and it was a big reason for how she won the event by like 30 seconds.

  • @illegitimate0 ahh ok, fair enough.

  • Chan had it!! But I guess he took 3rd after Fronning
