As a former Bodybuilder, they shouldn't even comment on this. This is what a true athlete and warrior does. Bodybuilding is built on taking large amounts of ergogenic aids and doing exercises that have nothing to do with fitness. The sport of bodybuilding is mired deep in pornography on both sides (Men and Women). Crossfit is a display of Crdiovascular/respitory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Jay Cutler would get smoked....
