Mia! Thanks for the follow-up vid. No one reads business history. Dig into banking history among the Rothchilds, Medici, Bleichroder banks in Europe. Lloyd's of London, the vatican connections to indulgences, the Lutheran rebellion against the POPE in the 16th century. All of this banking tomfoolery is European in nature. Greedy freaks take advantage of simpletons - this will never change.
Well, you are certainly correct about the deception, since we now know that there was a lot more money given away that the Fed had kept a secret. Our national debt is at 10.8 trillion, and it seems we spent about 4.6 trillion on the bailout. That's like 5 times what the congress approved! We've certainly been bamboozled.
@danielharmonizer Yes, we've been had! I can't understand how people are still fooled when Obama tells us that the economy is getting better. Does he/do they think we are that supid? Thanks btw!
@mia0899cs Well, I know that's a rhetorical question, but I think nowadays it doesn't matter either way. Our congressional representatives fail to represent us, and most don't care what we have to say (I'll use as example the responses from our reps at town hall meetings...and not isolated to any one side).
But we will find out the condition of our elected officials when this new Fed bill comes up for vote. If America gives this Fed Reserve more sweeping power, we will have our answer.
@danielharmonizer Obama will do whatever the Fed Reserve wants. You remember that secret meeting he had with Hillary Clinton? That was at the Bilderberg group. So, he has a lot of paying back to do for his position as President. That's how I feel.
Dead politicians, bankers, and big bizmen do not steal money. Alive, .... they do... Nothing new. When prison starts looking attractive to the poorest, for food and shelter, ... heads are going to fly, for fun and profit. Big biz will then regroup to provide a better life for everyone.
why not? Actually, I love the wear this dress fits. It's so comfortable. Our society has become so obsessed with this. Many years ago, cleavage was always shown. There's a beauty to it.
"Web of Debt" by Brown (explains the history of the Federal Reserve in excellent detail)

"DEFAULT !!! Escaping the Debt Trap and Avoiding Bankruptcy" by Guedel (explains how a middle class couple recently defeated a collection attorney and avoided bankruptcy).
Default on the usurious credit cards, learn to defend yourselves against collection attorneys, and move all your money OUT of banks and into Credit Unions.
ALSO, bear in mind that inflation traps people into accepting debt and using credit because the added buying power resulting from easy credit always drives prices upward. Expanding the money supply by creating money out of nothing ALWAYS drives prices upward due to the increased buying power caused by easy credit -- that is the vicious cycle of inflation. People can't afford to pay cash for cars or homes ... or ANYTHING any more and ARE FORCED to use credit. It's a deliberate TRAP.

I agree. If wanted to help the economy they should of given every person that holds a mortgage a %30 discount off of it. They should eliminate the property tax and legalize MaryJane and tax it. If I was president I would spend my first year cutting the fat out of our government.

It's interesting and I wanted to give out accurate info. I did explain everything that I read. Sorry, Youtube doesn't provide monitors like a news station.
How can we fight the Fed? The way current events are unfolding, I think we're facing another orchestrated depression. Interesting how fast Chase jumped on Wamu. I heard of Wamu's dilemma and Chase's response in the same news cast. It was like the deal was sealed before it was ever exposed that Wamu had problems. And did it really have problems? The Fed downgraded Wamu's credit rating leading to mass withdrawals? Isn't this what happened just before the great depression?
Yes, it probably was sealed. Great points! The Great Depression was quite orchestrated the same way. The Federal Reserve did the same thing and they neve lose. They still get rich. They claim inflation, but they caused it. They stop money flow and we are definitely leading there. 700 billion dollars to bail out these banks which are private sectors. The FDIC the Government insures up to $100K which I can understand, however, Joe Schmo's business that is bankrupt doesn't receive help.

It is a coup. These people coming to the rescue created the problem in the first place. We are getting robbed every time they print more money, because it devalues the dollar. It is a transfer of wealth from us to the FED. The dollar won't be worth shit if they create another $700 billion out of thin air, and this will be reflected in the prices we pay for anything. We are being robbed.
What a tangled web the federal reserve weaves, when they practice to decieve! Money out of thin air should be illegal! It adds up to a preconcieved plan to destroy the economic and sociel independence of the united states! Prepare for the worst!

Yes, bailing out the banks will not help anyone in foreclosure status. The banks own the houses. The mainstream media never tells us about the Federal Reserve Bank. Most Americans do not know that it is not owned by the Federal Government, however, England and other Countries know this. We are not receiving accurate news. They want us to hate each other. Obama vs. McCain What they fail to tell us is that each candidate is bought and paid for.
Majority of population is unaware of the predicament. The next question is how do you fight a system that has sunk it's roots so deep into our societies.(you cannot be employed without having a bank account, the last cash pay packet I received was 20 years ago).whenever a new building society/bank arrives on the block it gets gobbled by the majors within a very short time.BTW love the hair
All this drastic action shows how corrupt our gov't is and how much power they can wield on the taxpayers during this bailout. They also have the power to freeze all the assets of the wealthy and levee a huge windfall tax that could get keep us out of a depression.
this fucking pisses me off. If we are going to bail out banks then they need to pay us a 40$ overdraft fee for every 1$ just like they do to people who accidentally overdraft there accounts by 1$!!!
The problem for us at the moment is the Federal Reserve. However it is the concept behind the Fed that will keep repeating itself until we recognize that as long as we have a concept of power, the problems will arise in much the same ways through due to a phenomenon known as the will to power...basically the ultimate goal of an individual is not to survive and to procreate, but rather to gain and expand power.
Wrong. I don't think you even know what I am talking about and I encourage you to watch tomken8dy's vid and he will give you a link so you can educate youself.
The economic system as such was doomed when it began. Economic theories were in fact ideologies and dogmas. A belief-system. Not backed up by anything than silly faith. Reality has always an option. The financial system hasn't. After the so hated udssr ceased to exist, the capitalistic system us-style is in it's final years. Any ideas about how to continue?
Well, we could get rid of the Federal Reserve Bank like Andrew Jackson did, but we would need to pay off our national deficit which I don't think is possible. Whoever gets elected will be placed in a difficult position. Our money is not backed up by anything because it was never there. Think of it as Monopoly money (the game.) When our stock market drops like it did yesterday, everyone was selling their gold. Just don't buy it.
off shore drilling for oil is a great idea and both candidates agree. We need to stop depending on other Countries because we spend billions on oil. We should have saw this coming, however, the Federal Reserve Bank is right behind it. They are getting wealthier all the time. This is what happened during the Great Depression. If we can make something to export, then this would help. People are losing their jobs and it is a mess.
offshore drilling is not a great idea, its a small idea. A great idea would be creating a million jobs in the solar and wind energy business. Those jobs would never leave America, and would produce clean energy, and would stop the flow of our money to terrorists.
Blaming Obama and minorities is ridiculous. Bush and his cronies have had all the power for 8 years. And they don't share it either. Its ALL their fault.
This "doom" you speak of was never inevitable. It was only the result of stupid policies by Bush. These policies resulted in bad loans and a house of cards that has now fallen. The way to continue is to revive these institutions with sensible policies and strict rules that don't cause this to happen again.
First off don't blame it on Bush because minorities cried about not being able to get a mortgage. This is a fact by the way. Well, Bush approved it so they could. So, what did they do. They didn't pay their mortgage and they didn't have to put hardly anything down. That's the facts. So, blame it on lazy people. Then the homes foreclosed. Is that so hard to understand or hard to comprehend? If I don't pay my mortgage, I lose my house.
I agree... America: The Land of the Slave and Home of the Weak. Whatever happened to "Give me liberty or give me death?"....Ultimate plan is to do away with americans and let immigrants flood the country so they can create the North American Union. Do away with all your rights.
lol! It does sound like the New World Order stuff! However, the Federal Reserve has been around forever until Andrew Jackson paid off our debt and didn't use them to borrow money. Our economy boomed. Right now, we are doing that great. Did you see everyone selling their Gold yesterday because the stocks dropped. Just don't buy gold because the value of gold will decrease almost immediately.
i agree in a sense. i think the gold standard argument has always been silly because gold itself isn't really worth that much. you can't eat it and it has the most value when it is a brick in a vault. I guess the Romans used Salt for money. ULTIMATELY, anything, no matter how real, goes up our down in value in a free market. This whole thing is about greed. The Republicans sold it for years and they cashed it out right before Bush's term ended. Now the debt will be there for years.
All of you people who cry about north american union have it ass backward. The corporations dont want unity because then they wont be able to exploit workers in 3rd world countries for pennies an hour while at the same time pushing your wages down. Corporate America would shit their pants if they found out about an attempt to unify the nations and peoples on the earth so that the playing field would be fair for all workers. Why else has America failed to add any states for over 50 years?
I believe it is contrived but it may well not be as America has been run by very inept people for along along time. The trouble is that the created money that isnt there loaned it as mortgages and then packaged and sold the Financial instruments around the world as AAA paper this was a fraud which now America has to pay back.we are talking Trillions.America can not pay it back watch what happens after the elections.only charlatans could have run America into the ground as is the case today
Fascinating stuff...things are getting scarier and more financially scarce. Yet Bush and his administration insist there is no recession. Where is the real truth? In someone's head? Now you can't buy a house. Amazing.
You keep hearing that everything is alright too? I love it when they say that the unemployment rate is really low. What they fail to tell people is that the unemployed are just not collecting unemployment compensation. It doesn't mean they are employed.
good looks and brains, your some lucky guys great catch.you go girl, preach on, matter of fact start an info. movement website, books and put that face on the cover and youll raise some dumb american I.Qs in no time!
Another thing I might add is that during the Depression of the Dirty Thirties, they didn't have any credit cards. There weren't these huge brokerage firms as we have them now. Once these banks start failing not only because of insolvent sub-prime, and prime home loans, but also because of bad credit card holders, that's when these giants will all falling in rapid succession, just like dominoes. I think we're on the precipice of all this happening. September or October will be the months to watch
In my opinion we only have until the September/October 2008 time frame, then it's LIGHTS OUT / GAME OVER for the economy. Once China re-opens it's businesses and allows people to drive cars, we are going to see a spike in commodities, especially oil, like no one has ever seen. My prediction it'll be a week after the Olympics are over.
Thank you! Well, we are taught nothing about the Federal Reserve Bank in school or in college. If you are interested google in the Federal Reserve Act. It's a bank owned by the 8 wealthiest families and our Government does banking with them. They create money from nothing, lend out loans and then declare inflation. Money supply falters, they clame inflation which they created, and we are where we are at today with foreclosures and they seize everything.
You are correct however, but the fed lends privately YET collects through govt. So are they private or govt.....dunno, what is the IRS, govt or private...same thing!
I will do more research, but the way that I understand it is the Government borrows money from the Federal Reserve Bank at an interest. Andrew Jackson was able to pull the money out of the Federal Reserve and pay off the national debt which had our economy booming. The banks are basically owned by the Federal Reserve. They borrow the money, lend it to people and all of a sudden we have inflation and the money supply decreases. So, the banks go under and the Federal Reserve seizes. everything.
However, they created money that was never there and then they claim inflation which they created. This is what led to the Great Depression. It would be much harder pulling out today with our national debt. It could be done but it would take a lot longer. People would have money again. JFK wanted to get rid of the Federal Reserve. Well, one of the shareholders ironically, was Allen Dulles head of the CIA. He fired Allen Dulles and LBJ appointed him to the Warren Commission. Powerful? Very!!!
Thanks, sweetie! I prefer to do my hair and cosmetics than learn economics. Don't feel bad most of our Congressmen and Presidents aren't very good with economics either, lol!
I was first a Business Major in college. It was so boring, so I used these credits as electives and went for nursing and earned my BSN. I love science, and chemistry. Science more of course and microbiology is fascinating.
They are probably throwing all of that money to war for fun. They want to lie saying that Social Security has financial problems to get to people. They are playing more than mind games. Btw you looking good today! ^-^
Thank you for the compliment. We really need to do away with the Federal Reserve Bank. Ironically, the most powerful people own it. Jackson was almost assassinated, but the gun powder didn't ignite or something to that affect and JFK was going to abolish the Federal Reserve Bank.
As long as the Federal Reserve didn't have their hands in it, I believe we would be. I believe Kennedy wanted to do this. I know he was going to abolish the Federal Reserve. Ironically, one of the shareholders was Allen Dulle, head of the CIA. JFK fired Allen Dulles and LBJ appointed him to the Warren Commission.

Yes, that would be Obama's way. Tax the middle income and give it to the poor.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
All this drastic action shows how corrupt our gov't is and how much power they can wield on the taxpayers during this bailout. They also have the power to freeze all the assets of the wealthy and levee a huge windfall tax that could get keep us out of a depression.
But we're doomed - democracy is a joke now.
fgrod 3 years ago
We are doomed no matter who gets in. It's going to be a lot worse if Obama gets in, however. Wait and see.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
McCain is no better. It doesn't matter which one gets elected. The winner will do what he is told to do, and it won't be what we want.

this fucking pisses me off.

WolYou 3 years ago
Well, we could get rid of the Federal Reserve Bank like Andrew Jackson did, but we would need to pay off our national deficit which I don't think is possible. Whoever gets elected will be placed in a difficult position. Our money is not backed up by anything because it was never there. Think of it as Monopoly money (the game.) When our stock market drops like it did yesterday, everyone was selling their gold. Just don't buy it.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
off shore drilling for oil is a great idea and both candidates agree. We need to stop depending on other Countries because we spend billions on oil. We should have saw this coming, however, the Federal Reserve Bank is right behind it. They are getting wealthier all the time. This is what happened during the Great Depression. If we can make something to export, then this would help. People are losing their jobs and it is a mess.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
offshore drilling is not a great idea, its a small idea. A great idea would be creating a million jobs in the solar and wind energy business. Those jobs would never leave America, and would produce clean energy, and would stop the flow of our money to terrorists.
tallcoolone1 3 years ago
Well, tell maybe Obama's wife should worry about creating jobs since she is on the Board of Drectors at WalMart.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
Blaming Obama and minorities is ridiculous. Bush and his cronies have had all the power for 8 years. And they don't share it either. Its ALL their fault.
tallcoolone1 3 years ago
This "doom" you speak of was never inevitable. It was only the result of stupid policies by Bush. These policies resulted in bad loans and a house of cards that has now fallen. The way to continue is to revive these institutions with sensible policies and strict rules that don't cause this to happen again.
tallcoolone1 3 years ago
First off don't blame it on Bush because minorities cried about not being able to get a mortgage. This is a fact by the way. Well, Bush approved it so they could. So, what did they do. They didn't pay their mortgage and they didn't have to put hardly anything down. That's the facts. So, blame it on lazy people. Then the homes foreclosed. Is that so hard to understand or hard to comprehend? If I don't pay my mortgage, I lose my house.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
I agree... America: The Land of the Slave and Home of the Weak. Whatever happened to "Give me liberty or give me death?"....Ultimate plan is to do away with americans and let immigrants flood the country so they can create the North American Union. Do away with all your rights.

I agree and I used to laugh at people talking about all this new world order stuff!
Bludyhands 3 years ago
Just don't buy gold because the value of gold will decrease almost immediately.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
i agree in a sense. i think the gold standard argument has always been silly because gold itself isn't really worth that much. you can't eat it and it has the most value when it is a brick in a vault. I guess the Romans used Salt for money. ULTIMATELY, anything, no matter how real, goes up our down in value in a free market. This whole thing is about greed. The Republicans sold it for years and they cashed it out right before Bush's term ended. Now the debt will be there for years.
tallcoolone1 3 years ago
Gold was just worth a lot of money a few days ago when the stocks were down. If I had gold to sell then, I would have sold it.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
All of you people who cry about north american union have it ass backward. The corporations dont want unity because then they wont be able to exploit workers in 3rd world countries for pennies an hour while at the same time pushing your wages down. Corporate America would shit their pants if they found out about an attempt to unify the nations and peoples on the earth so that the playing field would be fair for all workers. Why else has America failed to add any states for over 50 years?

Well, tell Obama's wife that. She's on the Board of Directors at Walmart. What's made in America from Walmart? Nothing.
mia0899cs 3 years ago

September or October will be the months to watch
markymarkuss777 3 years ago
Very interesting comment!
mia0899cs 3 years ago

Money supply falters, they clame inflation which they created, and we are where we are at today with foreclosures and they seize everything.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
banklending rates are different then prime.
You are correct however, but the fed lends privately YET collects through govt. So are they private or govt.....dunno, what is the IRS, govt or private...same thing!
Lewismadmax 3 years ago
I will do more research, but the way that I understand it is the Government borrows money from the Federal Reserve Bank at an interest. Andrew Jackson was able to pull the money out of the Federal Reserve and pay off the national debt which had our economy booming. The banks are basically owned by the Federal Reserve. They borrow the money, lend it to people and all of a sudden we have inflation and the money supply decreases. So, the banks go under and the Federal Reserve seizes. everything.
mia0899cs 3 years ago

LinkinSwordSlayer 3 years ago
Thank you for the compliment. We really need to do away with the Federal Reserve Bank. Ironically, the most powerful people own it. Jackson was almost assassinated, but the gun powder didn't ignite or something to that affect and JFK was going to abolish the Federal Reserve Bank.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
im starting to wonder if the government should have never pulled out of the gold standard (gold certificates) or even silver certificates
or even if they still made United States Notes (the ones with the red seal) . would we be better off?
elishot 3 years ago
As long as the Federal Reserve didn't have their hands in it, I believe we would be. I believe Kennedy wanted to do this. I know he was going to abolish the Federal Reserve. Ironically, one of the shareholders was Allen Dulle, head of the CIA. JFK fired Allen Dulles and LBJ appointed him to the Warren Commission.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
yes he did want that. the last united states note was the 1966 $100 bill with a red seal, after that they stopped making them
elishot 3 years ago
I thought it was around 1966 because my father had mentioned it. Very interesting.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
Our gov sells bonds to the FED and they create money from NOTHING.
People are literally working for NOTHING.
Good research, Cindy, but I already knew all this ;-)
tomken8dy 3 years ago
Thanks Tom. Yes, I know you did and it is really fascinating to understand and read about.
mia0899cs 3 years ago
If EVERY American were to be made to understand exactly how our banking system works they would DO something.
Unfortunately, most would just sit around and do nothing.
Andy Jackson wrote that if the American public understood how the banking system works "there would be a revolution..."
In Jackson's time it was still possible for the People to rise up and throw off an oppressive government (bankers) by force of arms.
A few 70 ton battle tanks around the White House would quash the very idea now
