@whatamitch788 just because there's snow doesnt mean its cold. plus they look like they're just in his backyard so if the basenji gets wet and cold they can just go inside and dry him off.. save your comments for the thousands of people out there actually abusing dogs and pick on them instead.

Yeahhh...a basenji shouldn't be out in the SNOW without a coat, they don't have an undercoat like most dogs.
