I think both sides are being a bit unreasonable. Hancock says it's Draco. The lady says it's practical placement. Folks, it could be both. A lot of time architects and engineers build things for more than one reason. General Motors puts both a heater and an air conditioner in their automobiles. They perform opposite functions, but they are built in the same vehicle. That's just smart planning.
