I made the BEST MOZZ STICKS IVE EVER HAD.. it IS NOT THIS RECIPE, this looks like shit.

step 1- cut cheese into sticks.. \

step 2-toss sticks in plain flour.

step 3- dip in egg mixed with a little hot sauce

step 4-coat with ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS mixed with salt, pepper, and a dash of parmesan.

step 5- DIP IN EGG MIX ONE MORE TIME

step 6- COAT WITH ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS ONE MORE TIME/ squeeze a little so they coat.

step 7- refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.

step 8-fry in any oil until brown. DONE
