This is really sad to see. This is the first time I've heard about Daniel Johnston but the song was brilliant, instant favorite.

That said he looks like he's in the last stage of alcoholism- Cirrhosis. I haven't seen shakes like that since my Best Friends dad, he died right in front of me, drank himself to death because the love of his life drank herself to death before him.
