And all so bring lucia. So go and fight the giga giga and start using fire sword until chrono and Lucia die. But robo won't ever die if you have the red plate on because the red plate absorbs fire attacks and heals the wearer. So from the start of the battle continually use robo tackle just on the head because once the head dies so do the arms.

Theres an easier way where you don't have to go on a level up quest. First you go to 600 A.D. And click on all the black boxes and on the boxes that give the option to take it or leave it. Say leave it and go to the present and find all the boxes again. Then open them and the equipment inside will be upgraded. The equip robo with the red plate.

This boss battle made me go into a long power-leveling session. I kept grinding until I had Crono's Luminaire, and then the boss was easy.

He has a Dark Mail which has him heal up whenever he takes Shadow damage.

I found this boss to be very easy. My party at the time was Crono, Lucca, and Marle. I had Chrono use Fire Sword and Ice Sword on the hands when they were there, and on the head when the hands were gone.

The best team I've used is Crono, Ayla, and Robo. Robo is the heal tank, so give him Gold Earring to cut his mana costs, and use Falcon Hit Dual Tech with Ayla and Crono to take out both hands at once. Many people say to use Volt Bite, but Falcon Hit takes out both at once, and when the second hand revives, 1 Falcon Hit kills it again, it makes the battle smooth and easy.

The look on Giga Gaia face is so funny. You'd think that Magus would've wanted to take a chance to get Dalton while he was in this time period.

for some reason,he reminds me of valgruedar sigma(i think) from x1.that was a annoying boss. but i beat him this morning with using only one subtank in my x collection for gamecube(played on my wii.)
