  • a better play would have been if we let travaris just get sacked... ( like always )

  • Maybe he should go to BusinessResumes . com and get a professionally written resume in only 48 hours since hes getting fired

  • lol he said his money play

  • that's when childress had all of three plays to call behind his sheet. run left, run left pass fade right and then punt!

  • Cutler blows

    Grant blows

    rodgers blows

  • And about the Bears getting Cutler, who the hell will be their wide reciever. Sure as hell not Hester. Speaking of which, if you want to say Childress sucks, just look at Lovie being the dumbass he is and not using Hester on kick returns anymore. As for the Packs, no running game. Grant is overrated. GO VIKINGS!!!!!

  • u dont know wat ur talkin about kid so just stop shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • explain??????

  • greg olson

  • i dont know...that aromu guy did a number on you guys during monday night football..maybe he will ?

  • grants overrated? the guy has 3 seasons over 1000 yards.... i dont think thats overrated at all. and chris johnson is the best back, not AP get over it

  • @kumetis93 maybe fantasy. who had more touchdowns? Which player won their division? Who made it too the playoffs? Adrian Peterson is the best back in the NFL. A packer fan should know how good he is, they havent beaten him since 2008.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Hahaha

  • fuck you yosamite66

  • Another thing to be taken into consideration is the fact that they're not getting any better. Yes, they may have just won the division for the first time in eight years, but it was handed to them. The Bears choked as usual, the packers were disappointing, and Detroit never won a single game. I know you partially agree with me because it's a cut and dry fact, the vikes make the playoffs, lose, and then never go again for years, just look at their stats, '00 playoffs, 0'4 playoffs, and then '09

  • They clearly have the best team in the division you'd have to be blind not to see that. Look at the roster it's not even close, they'll win the division again next year.

  • it's actually pretty close buddy. especially since all three teams improved a ton and the vikes didn't really improve at all.

  • How did the Packers improve? THe Bears got Jay Cutler.......that's gonna get them over the hump? my ass. The Vikings improved with a good draft they got Percy Harvin a multitalented receiver/halfback and a talented offensive lineman from Oklahoma. The Packers had a good draft also but it's not nearly enough.

  • @vfgjhj na the jets def have the best team right now...and i think the bears may contend too

  • @BlackiDaIraqi1 I hate the Vikings now, I used to be a huge fan of them. Until they copletely turned their back by bringing in a Green Bay Packer named "Brett Favre". Fuck that guy and fuck Zygi Wilf and Brad fucking Childress, it pisses me off beyond belief. Fuck the Vikings, they broke my heart.

  • @vfgjhj You have got to be kidding me....how old are you?

  • @DSVetDad Go jack off to a poster of Brett Favre, faggot.

  • @vfgjhj LMAO...(probably while stamping your feet you wrote) "fuck the Vikings, THEY BROKE MY HEART."....and you called ME a fag?!?!?! What a pussy...."they broke my heart"....LMFAO. Thanks for making my day....DAMN that's some funny shit.

  • @DSVetDad Anytime man, anytime.

  • @vfgjhj :)

  • @DSVetDad judging by his response, probably 12

  • @VikeFan284296 No shit...I have personally lived through 1 of our Superbowl loses as well as 4 more NFC Championship loses, the worst of which was (of course) the Gary Anderson fiasco...12 men in the huddle comes in a close second. That said, it would take a hell of a lot more than an idiot coach bringing in a hall of fame quarterback to try to save his job to get me to stop from rooting for the Vikings, even IF he played for the most hated of all of our rivals. This kid is an idiot...

  • @BlackiDaIraqi1 Jets? Really? By getting rid of a top 5 safety and adding a hot and cold cornerback and a 37 year old pass rusher? (I love Cro btw, just making a point). They added weapons but so did the Pats and the Pats were the better team last season and until dethroned are still better! Oh yeah, MN too

  • @yfz01 But Rhodes did almost nothing for the jets last year. He lost his starting spot multiple times. And Taylor wont even get much playing time, they already have 3 great linebackers and the DT Jenkins that strong and healthy again. Idk about Cro right now, well have to see how he does. But at least revis has somebody on the other side of the field now

  • Okay, I'm not saying that just because they lost 4 super bowls years ago, is the primary reason why they're losers now. What I simply meant was that those super bowl losses contribute to many consistent patterns of the Vikings throughout their history, which is a losing mentality. Because their history, (not just super bowls) reflect on how their franchise is overall, not just as a team, but as a an organization. It's a consistent pattern of the vikes, losing, which stems back to the bowl losses

  • The Vikings are in the top 5 in playoff appearances in NFL teams history. That's not a pattern of losing they've always been good for what they've had, you're clearly a fan of either the Bears or Packers.

  • It's just like any Minnesota philosophy up here and that is to not care about accomplishments. The Twins would be better if Gardenhire was fired because every year he's a late decision maker and horrible manager and every year the Twins are at the same spot as they were before, just average. The Wild have had Lemaire too long and his defensive minded strategy results in a boring, hopeless season. The vikes keep childress who is absolutely terrible, and they lose every time. When will change come

  • You cannot deny that Childress has actually improved every year with high expectations this year. That is really all you can reasonably expect from a coach.

  • Umb 12, I agree that the wild have struggled in the playoffs as of late, but I do believe that going year after year, eventually a Stanley Cup would be in sight. Remember, the Wild have been around for a few years and they've already captured one division title. With the Vikings, they've been around for many years now, going on 45 and they still haven't achieved one super bowl championship. And each year the vikes have a pretty boring and lousy season. If the pack and bears weren't horrible...

  • More like arial assault of empty championships, zero super bowls, and no achievements. C'mon dude, the vikes have sucked for years and they haven't legitimately improved yet. They'll have another 8 year drought of winning the division, lol!! Because we all know the vikes, they make the playoffs once, then miss it many seasons in a row. They're too inconsistent and sloppy. They're very mediocre dude!

  • and the wild are so much better they get swept every time in the first round very dissapointing

  • "we all know the vikes they make the playoffs once, then miss it many seasons in a row. They're too inconsistent and sloppy" how can u possibly say tht? you do realize that this team is in fact a different team then the vikings of 10 or 20 years ago, etc..I KNOW that the team name is the same and i can see how it can confuse someone who has the IQ of a 4 year old but jus try to remember not to hold somthin against a team cause of somthin that happend years ago and has nothin to do with this team

  • I think you are mistaking the Vikings for the Bears or Lions.

  • Being spoiled from '98 to '04, are you kidding me!! The Vikes didn't even go to the super bowl in 1998 when they were 15-1,lol!!! In 2000 the Vikes got killed in the playoffs to the Giants, 41-0,lol!!! From 2001-2004 the vikes never made the playoffs, in '03 the vikes got knocked out of playoff contention with a loss to the 3-12 Cardinals on the last play of the game when Arizona was on fourth down and 24 yards, lol!!! If you seriously think Childress is adequate, then you need serious help!!

  • t-jack is a player!

  • every one here is dumb ass fuck tarvaris is a good qb look at the drops troy williamson had look how perfect the throws were go head search em search berrians drops too all qb makes bad throw but who wants to throw the ball when all they do is fucking drop the ball look closer find out who suck you stupid pieces of shit

  • Keep Childress

  • He finally just threw an absolutly PERFECT deep pass to Barrian just now (no kidding). Im watching the vikes crush the 8-6 Cardinals 28-0 as I type w/ 2 min left in the 2nd quarter. By far the best game of t-jacks carrer that Ive see so far. Now the only question is, can he keep it up?

  • lol didn't tarvaris throw a deep pass to berrian like that during the lions game? i swear t-jack is probably one of the worst qbs to throw deep passes. He needs a lot of practice! Put some air and hang time not power.

  • there's 3 things wrong with the vikings

    1.Tavaris jackson

    2.Troy Williamson

    3.Brad Childress

now they already got rid of #2, and half way cleared away #1. they need to finish off #1 and trade him and hope to get a low round draft pick. if they cant get rid of him, make him a receiver. who knows maybe he has good hands and god knows the vikes need help at WR. now the 3rd problem is an easy fix. just fire the coach. maybe then persue Coach K, hell, he ever made Team USA winners again. lol

  • what are you talking about we have a good reciving core

  • a "core" involves more than one guy. Berrian is the only real threat the Vikes have. All the others are good 3rd and 4th guys. If the Vikes want to be real contenders they need to take pressure off Peterson and have a legit passing attack. Boldin already said he wants out of AZ, so go after him when he is a free agent, and try to take Fitzgerald while they're at it. Those two and Berrian would form a great "core". And the Vikes need a QB who can make more than two good throws in a season.

  • Barrian, Rice, Wade, and Shiancoe, and Taylor are enough to keep pressure off Peterson if they have a QB that can get them the ball consistantly. Your lost if you think Vikings can get Boldin or Fitzgerald. We can't even afford another big league reciever. But hopefully Booty can become a miracle in the making.

  • lol, no offense but your opioning sucks big black donkey balls, did you watch the game against the 1st place Cards?

  • jackson stays but never starts a game again

  • jackson is just a trash bust altogether

until about the end of the 07' season i figured he'd mature and pull through

    but it never happened

he has the pass accuracy of helen keller

  • Guess he showed you

  • just because a player comes off the bench and has one good game doesn't mean they are the franchise quarterback

  • any other coach will do, just get rid of Brad

  • Nahh, he's a good coach, you are just still effected by being spoiled by our arial assault from 98' to '04, get over it, our offense has changed.

  • Yep, Bye Bye Childress

  • Fire Childress!

  • That wasn't Childress, thats Jackson's signature pass.

  • Fire Brad Childress.

    Bring back Bud Grant.

  • hahahahaha!!! holy crap this is classic

  • FIRE CHILDRESS

  • Talking to rappoltpierre in my previous comment.

  • Jackson is incompetent.

    So is Childress.

The Vikings always find a way to lose.

Some day the Vikings might win the NFC North.

They will never win a Superbowl.

  • The Vikings need to take a page from the Twins book and learn to identify which young players will actually pan out. Putting faith in a mediocre DII player is ludacris. I would love it if Favre ended up in Minny for a couple of years. Maybe end up deep in the playoffs then.

  • better than mike tices money play...scalping tickets!! man he must have been underpaid.

  • if AP didnt fall into our hands childress wouldnt have a job right now

  • yeah our O-line is one of the best, but AP is a world class talent. The O-line isn't blocking for him when he's running over linebackers or pulling away from corners for 80 yard TD runs. The guy was a heisman finalist as a freshman and was second in voting. He also ran for 1900 yards that season. And his junior season would have been even better, he had 900+ yards and 10 TD's in 6 games before a season ending injury. Overrated my ass....

  • Just stop talking... You're making a fool of yourself so just don't talk ever again.

  • Try this next time you watch AD(Not AP thats the Adrain Peterson on the Bears) watch how many tackles he breaks. He general has forty or fifty broken tackles, off of roughly 20 carries per game. Then tell me whether he's overrated or not, because LT? Brian Westbrook? neither of them can take to many hits.

  • @steveo536 hmm... need to revise this statement, 2 years later :)

  • hes good give him one more year before you make up your mind. i see where hes goin with jackson

  • tice should of stayed...

  • Mike (meathead) Tice...I'll take my chances with childress.

  • i like childress a lot

  • i cant stand him but im a vikes fan

  • I think Childress is finally pointing this team in the right position, something Meathead had no intention of doing.

  • Right, blame Childress for that. Signs of an idiot.

  • lol money play

  • well I take that back, we dont need a new coach now hes doin a good job with that 5 win streak

  • no Childress Sucks he cheated me out of a fantasy league championship 9 CARIES FOR ADRIAN PETERSON IS CHildress stupid

  • LOL

  • Ha hell yeah he blows.

  • haha yeah totally vikes need a new coach

  • SO TRUE!!! too funny.
