  • Jujitsu is a combination of Karate, Aikido and Judo, thus you are seeing things you would find in a dojo that practices just one of those arts.

  • interesting to! why they do katas of karate? like heian sandan and shondan? and use jo kata 28 movement? is mixed martial art? can anyone explained me?

  • Interesting. You have very similar katas to the Seido Karate I am studying. - Board breaking too.

    Also similar throws, Jo katas & joint locks I have studied in Judo and Ju Jitsu. You cover a lot of cool stuff.
