I bought one of these from Trustigo for my Mitsubishi Outlander. I have to say that your review is spot-on. I guess it's good to know that it's not just me that's having problems. Turns out the company just turns out a poor product. Wish I would have seen this review a couple months ago...
Sorry, I'd put this in the forums, but I don't want to make an account. You should try contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB dot ORG) and/or the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3 dot GOV). The item isn't described as "piece of junk" so I'd put it under the "not as described" category. When you get pissed off enough at your GPS that you want to punch your $600, maybe write to those companies instead (or additionally)
@Sapelos1 i got i1 last month had it fitted 2 my 2004 chev silverado . the am radio does not work it did not come with brackets to suit & had 2 buy bits 2 make it suit . still waiting 4 turstigo to tell me what they are going 2 do
