I saw this video 2 years ago and I still think the song (at least the intro) is a total rip off of Chop Suey. The chords may be different, but it doesn't have to be note-for-note for it to sound similiar.

Its different than Chop suey in alot of ways lol.....the chord progression is different for one. The drums are rolled on all 3 toms on chop suey he only uses 2 toms and the snare. Then he rolls the hi hat. It has its own sound.
