I still want to know why, Zelda didnt turn into an animal? The Triforce protected Link from turning into a spirit...by having him turn into a wolf. So why didnt the Triforce turn Zelda into an animal, such as an Owl.

I know this is sort of tangential, but in my early 2006 wii version of this game, the cave that you enter around 1:40 plays normal cave music even though it's covered in twilight - not the twilight music. Isn't that kinda weird?

Yup, there is three games just to assemble the complete triforce. Ocarina of Time and the Link in that game is known as the hero of time, Wind Waker and the Link in that game is known as the hero of wind and at last Twilight Princess and I don't know how the Link of this game is known...

as far as the light spirits go, i think each one is supposed to be a mix of two creatures. this one looks like a squirrel/monkey. ordona looks like a goat and possibly a boar together. the others are even more evident

theres a huge thing about the timeline of zelda, long story short this link is a desendant or what have you according to some theories, and is living in time period thousands, or hundreds, of years later. again by different theories.

Theres actually a pretty good theory relating the Link in this game and OoT/MM Link, this Link being his son.

Theres alot of things that reveal that.

First, the only female Link met in OoT that wasn't a sage was Malon, and that explains why this Link is a farmer and has the adult version of Epona. Plus, how else did this Link get hte Triforce? Not to mention theres a whole thing about Shade (the warrior who comes into play later in the game) being Link from OoT, but I won't get into that now.

That theory sounds kind of feasable, but at the same time, the light spirit says the clothes Link gets are of the 'ancient hero', which doesn't exactly lend itself to someone's dad. Also, judging by the sheer geography of the world, I think it'd be tough to rebuild all of Hyrule Castle Town and the castle itself in one generation's time.
