She is listening to the people. Most Taxpayers see the sense in using the negotiating leverage of their tax dollars lower health care and pharmaceutical costs. Why should shareholders in the predatory health care industry that's been screwing taxpayers for years have more leverage than taxpayers do? Fighting for the rights of taxpayers that match the rights of shareholders is 'listening to the people'.
