@potter695 I actually loved the way they used that word. They're speaking of a succubus, which is basically a really hot chick who takes over a guy's mind... and then leaves him. That's why they say "a wicked design". Manufactured to break a heart. The word serpentine is used (as it is in the Bible, I'm assuming) to encompass something entirely evil, down to its core. That's half the reason I love this song, the deep meaning of it. That, and it's sick opening riff. God I need to learn this song.
