I was at this concert and even though she didn't sing her best, it was still amazing for me. I've been such a massive fan since I was about 8. I'm 26 now and seeing her live was the most amazing experience of my life. I remember when she hit the big note I was jumping around like a proud mother! My video that I took is unfortunately a little bit bumpy haha!

That break Whitney takes is a brilliant idea! I've seen it twice now in her performances. It adds a nice dramatic explosion when she returns to the mic. She makes a bad situation into a great one. A nice example of when life gives you lemons you make lemonade.

But I think we should be proud for her, she was struggling, but she fukin tried so hard.

I think she had surgery for vocal nodules years back. Some people never recover their original singing voice after that surgery. I hate to say it but I think she is one of those unlucky few. I will always respect Whitney Houston as The Voice and NO ONE could touch her at her peak.

By this time she would have stopped her addiction. I personally thought before touring, she should have done modeling, then polish her voice for singing. I think she had surgery for vocal nodules years back. Some people never recover their original singing voice after that surgery. I hate to say it but I think she is one of those unlucky few. I will always respect Whitney Houston as The Voice and NO ONE could touch her at her peak.

Yes, She may have had surgery and yet there is no denying the effect smoking and crack cocaine may have had. At the end of the day she is a human being. She has had to work herself into the ground for years and she definitely deserves a break. I wish nothing but happiness, freedom and the best for her.

oh please. she's a public performer and as such she's fair game for criticism, whether kind or unkind. if she cannot sing anymore (which is evident) she should have RETIRED at the top of her game. if she's charging $100+ a ticket, she should be at the TOP of her game. she's way off, and she should only do songs that are in her now-limited range. otherwise, it's lame and embarrassing, like a cracked out drag queen.

Somebody had to tel her that she was not ready to perform, but they did't.

@oceanwonders I asked my voice teacher about whitney. She mentioned that whitney should go into voice rehab. While in rehab they won't allow to talk for about a year. By this time she would have stopped her addiction. I personally thought before touring, she should have done modeling, then polish her voice for singing. Where was she for twenty yrs?Will she tour in the USA this yr. I hope whitney doesn't end up like MJ.Talk about a funeral. Do you think it would be like MJ?

@witch26071 I was thinking that since her voice was annoited by God, maybe he wants her back singing for God. Maybe he allowed to astray to realize that God wants her to heal people with her voice.When she sang the 'Star Spangled Banner' even the announcers said it was an electrifying moment and warm spirit that touched his heart. Do people on drugs ever stop using? I was told that they sober up for maybe two years then they relapse.
