I have dropped my Ron Weasley wand a billion times on my wooden, only a one chip! The only wand I have ever broken was Narcissa Malfoy's, when I was playing around, pretending I was Hermione in that cafe, hiding under the table and just shooting the spell... Yeah. When I stood up suddenly... The wand got caught the table and the handle came off. I was like O,: Yeah. Also, can you tell me where you got that wand from Philosopher's stone? Thanks for reading!

I bought Dumbledore's wand really cheap, like you just to see what the quality etc is like, I picked it up and it just snapped in half, I glued it back together and then more of the wand started snapping off.
My boyfriend bought me a wand that looks to be from the noble collection however it didn't come in the Ollivander's replica box but the wand looks to be exactly the same from the looks of the video. It was purchased at hot topic and at barnes & noble i found they sold those wands that illuminate at the tip when you wave them. Maybe this is helpful to somebody who wants to buy a harry potter replica wand for an affordable price? I hope this was helpful :)
@penguinsr4us I got one from hot topic too, they are really nice exactly like the ones in the wand box from noble made from the same molds at noble. It is a good suggestion.

@BeastlyBoltz Yes, the company that makes that remote wand sent me one to test out, its very cool. It will control infrared lights and tv's, dvd players pretty much anything infrared

@LiLWiZARDz Not really. 50$ is WAY too much for a wooden stick (which is what a wand really is) I got a wand today from the Half Blood Prince and its plastic. I'm having a great time with it and its not cheap. Unlike the Wizarding World ones when you pay 50$ and the second you walk out of Olivanders, they break.
@LiLWiZARDz This is a thin resin and its bad. The good ones for collecting are made from resin also from noble collection and the noble collection along with the japan wands are the only "official" movie replicas licensed by WB and they are all resin no wood. Allivans makes wood wands that are really good but none are official replicas from the movie. No one makes a official licensed wood wand for WB.
@eviltig I have two alivan's wands and they are really nice and better than resin by a long shot but not movie accurate. A neat fact most of the wands especially the main character wand in the movie are actually resin or rubber. they found that replicating wood wands was tough as they got broke allot so it was easier and made more sense to have a mold they could make many wands out of resin and rubber for the stunt people so they wouldn't get impaled on a piece of wood but wood is better

the nobal wands have a wire core to them and are made from high grade plastic. as someone who owns a real harry wand I can say that there are several ways to to tell a real wand from replica. the ONLY one i can mention is the quality. a real harry wand paint job is SO detailed its awesome. They put more detail in there props then you can see on film. even the nobal wands fall way short of what the paint job is. Dont buy stuff from china , they dont care about a good top grade product.

Your right the Studio prop wands are nicer but after spending a few grand on a wand nobles start looking nicer and nicer but when I do lay them down beside each other you can tell which one is screen prop and which is noble but not knocking noble they are great for what they are
@eviltig Im not knocking the nobal wands but you know they will never be worth anything in our life time. The real wands are already worth a few thousand and will only now get to be more pricey as time goes on. why spend you hard cash on something that will never be worth anything? however, nobal has its place for those who dont care about that.

I'll post a video when it comes in. If you get the alivans make sure you get the shorter 11 wand.

@eviltig Hong Kong has a very good postal system that maybe the reason why it was posted saying it was shipped from there but the workmenship of the wand tells me from experience that it was a bad Chinese made produce other wise it would have gotten the WB approval in the replicas. I understand what you are saying about it but it needs to be made clear how the two are totally separate so it won't harm innocent city.
I understand why it looks crap, but maybe they wanted to make a version of Harry's wand in the final movie when he had been fighting in battle before it finally broke.

I understand what you are saying about it but it needs to be made clear how the two are totally separate so it won't harm innocent city.

I understand why it looks crap, but maybe they wanted to make a version of Harry's wand in the final movie when he had been fighting in battle before it finally broke.

I just picked up the voldemort one and it is awesome! It's a lot more durable than the noble one and looks well enough like it. I'll have a video on it soon.

Thats exactly what i noticed! I just moved and i dont have my dremmle to make one. Its a tricky wand to do. I looked for somewhere to buy the one used in the movies but no luck.
