Just to get this shit straight, Go Nagai invented, or I think popularised the magical girl genre by making cutie honey. So, I would bet to say that cutie honey was original AND a pioneer just like everything go nagai does (he also invented super robots). Um, no. Know YOUR stuff. Cutie Honey FLASH was a different show than Cutey Honey, made in 1997. It was produced by the same people who made Sailor Moon. And Sailor Moon was NOT inspired by Cutey Honey. Yes, the original CH was intended to be perverted, but it gave birth to the mahou shoujo genre, which inspired Naoko Takeuchi to combine the mahou shoujo genre with the sentai genre to create Sailor Moon, which was a spin-off from her Codename wa Sailor V series.
