There was never voices on the Gran Turismo soundtrack it was an instrumental just the other songs from Cubanate and some of the song from Feeder like Tangerine, That was an instrumental as well.

i dont remember hearing voices in the song...maybe my game is scratched up allot and gets rid of parts, thats what happened to another song
