I do agree Jason, BUT, ther are two ways to this moral story, YES we loose a bit of the past of Cardiff, BUT big But, the new shopping centre will attract more visitors, thus making more profits :D, thats the whole idea, god bless the old hayes thou, feels weird without the old library and the NCP car park n chris harris cycles and that lol
