@fastballonly what is it that he did exactly? i couldnt figure it out..it seemed like he gripped the bottom of the cue and almost laid the cue on the table. strange but effective. i dont think i could shoot like this.
@phixxwutwut Efren placed the cue at an angle to pocket the 9. Then held the cue still with his bridge hand with a few fingers before shooting the ball by patting the butt end of the cue.
Irregular but effective. Try it. You should find it more comfortable than using the crutch sometimes.
Be careful not to let the cue go with both hands, as it may be considered a foul in some regulations.

I like the way Efren shot the 9. He does that sometimes. It's an effective way of shooting a ball when you are not comfortable with the crutch.
