No, give some Battlefield Jewels to the elder in the Jungle. Do the gathering quest for the jungle and he'll be right at the top of the giant ladder in the camp area. He'll give you the juice or a lg monster bone.

I had to fight 2 tiny ones like that one on the dual Khezu low rank gathering hall quest. they're kind of a pain in the ass when you use a long sword because they can actually hit you with their stub of a tail when they're that small.

The fact is that... what i most fear/hate of the wyverns is their size, since they're so big that the charge and other weird attacks that they have can be hard to avoid... you usually must roll to evade their attacks, but in this case... just moving like two centimeters aside avoids Everything xD. So... even so if it's a king, i don't see the big deal.
