Can you give me an approximate year on your amp?Just picked a similar looking/sounding Peavey Classic 50/212, the Tweed is very worn on it and it does not have the effects loop, I'm assuming its Vintage, i think it's late 70s early 80s, i guess Peavey lost their serial number list or something...any help would be appreciated...also I'm new to tube amps (this is my first one) do you have any suggestions for upgrades (wiring, tubes, speakers etc.) i want to have this thing for years to come!
