@sarabower1 You never knew my situation & my new worker before she closed the file saw nothing wrong with my parenting. She knew something was wrong with my case so she tried to find the docucentation on complaints about me butbut there was non. She phoned the school to do her own investigation but now the school refused to talk to cfs. Me & my children was lost in the system cause of my old worker was angry & took it out on me. My new worker even said sorry to me.

When cps shows up things like a dirty cup and plate in the sink waiting to be washed is written up and presented to a judge as a sink full of dirty dishes. If I was hiding something they would of found something but never did.Thats why I got my kids back. The latest stats are two thirds of kids that are taken away would have done better in their happy home than put into foster care. DHS is paid big bucks to adopt kids out. They don't give a shit about the kids' feelings. It's simply money in their pockets. They all ougt to be shot between the eyes!

I have read a lot of so-called CPS corruption stories and I notice that most of the parents were not properly taking care of their kids. Then CPS shows up and takes them. They have every excuse why they weren't taking care of their kids or why it appeared that they weren't. Normal people are not afraid of CPS. It's called TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS and you won't have to worry. This is just pathetic. A lot of abuse has to take place before they take kids. Stop blaming others!

The new CPS worker is just passing the buck to be able to work with you. I do it all the time...if a parent complains about a worker, I agree with them, go right back to the office and tell that worker and we laugh about it. I am a CPS worker and have been investigated 2x...nothing to hide...nothing has happened...you call it 'inconsistencies"....that is just an excuse- you weren't doing your job or the courts wouldn't have accepted a petition...simple as that!

Let's not forget the fact that CPS also rescues children!!! Seriously, some people are fucked up and abuse their jobs. I am not denying that corruption exists. But this is true with everything in life...there are always a few bad seeds. Think about children who really are abused...to death and give some credit to the lives CPS has saved by removal of abused and neglected children. My old worker was a bitch. but my new worker is an excellant cps worker, she saved my kids from there old foster parents & brought my kids back to me. I know we need the system but is does need changing, they need to investigate & have facts before they removes kids from a home. My cps worker has helped me out with support. DONT REGISTER YOUR CHILD's CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH and in return get a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. You just gave GOVERNMENT the right to take your kid!. Look it up! Sovereign Civilians Unite! You can use the certificate of birth to get a passport ect. Tell the hospital that you will be doing your OWN paperwork and you need the CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH.

There is a reason CPS receives about $6,000 per month per child that they take and the assumtion that they parents were bad parents is a common one among ignorant individuals such as youself. CPS never took or touched my children but they normally take them away for "Threat of Harm" no actual harm, just "Threat of Harm."

I am the one that made the video & just to let people know I had a bitch of a CFS worker who lie, sabotaged & put them in an abusive foster home etc. It took me 2 years for CFS to know this. Now my old CFS worker was forced out & they are doing an abuse investigation. Now that I have a new worker they dont understand why my kids were taken & dont see a problem. I am getting my kids back..gradually they will give me back my kids; so on the 24th my kids will be back full time.
Its going to take quite a bit of time to heal from this,Maybe a lifetime? I hope you kept a record of all documentation and sue ! been thier seen it all and my case went right to the crown prosecutor who have all been taken out! My Daughter still runs and hides under Her bed if she sees a police car nearby!

Most foster homes I was in kept the foster children in a separte room away from their family.We never got to go for rides to the store & such.Foster children are made to feel like they don't belong & their not wanted.Like their in the way.Most hardly ever recieve candy or something special.Plus they also may be told their family back home doesn't want them & isn't even thinking of them.Please tell your children they are all you think of.That you worry about them.Ask them what they have eatin.
i do agree with you but theres some foster moms that are in it for the child ive had my foster son since he was 4 months old and hes almost 2 hes my only child and hes got his own room and is given the stars and the moon he has more clothes and any child i know and so many toys its frustrating lol the system sickens me deeply i dont even recieve a penny from the state i just provide for him like hes my own and i hope to adopt him one day :)
Having been a foster child I can tell you there is no telling what they are going through.Please reasure your child over & over that some one at home misses & needs, & wants them.You can bet they are thinking of you every hour of the day.Most foster homes don't care about their needs,feelings or desires.They don't even care about their grade average or what cloths they like.Let alone what they like to eat.Ask your child what he does for fun.Ask them if they get to go for rides in the car.

They took her because we were living in a shelter weve done everything and then some on our case plan and yet it's still not good enough now our daughter is being put up for adoption my wife is ready to kill herself how do i help her please someone help us on what to do. sad and helpless dad in stockton
I'm so sorry! Please go online to CUB, Exiled Mothers or OriginsUSA for help. We've been fighting this for 30 years. It's a nightmare but agencies and adopters don't care! Many mothers still have severe depression and PTSD years later. They lie and tell mothers this is the "best" and "loving" thing for their babies and hide it from them that it's the WORST pain a mother can go through, worse than death. They should kill us after we surrender our babies. It would be more merciful.

I have trouble understanding how the government can take children out of a home with only the assumption that the parent is cognitively delayed; however, even more shocking is that they are not with immediate family. more children have been tagged family name on list for 75 yrs. to insure the next two generations of that family to be taken due to name on list than not. fraud and monies laundering. nothing new to the rest of people who stand by knowing of this hoping it wont be their family. complacent americans making it all possible. take your vaccines GM genetically altered food be sprayed with chem trails and drink your fluoride, they are getting you and yours also.
A person doesn't have to do anything for the welfare people to take their babies away from them. The system is messed up and people wonder why the world is going downhill. Parents are not allowed to be PARENTS to their own children. I know some people do abuse their children, but I also know that alot of children are taken from their parents for no reason other than so the state can get money for each child they take away, each child they adopt out,
I have adopted a nephew and my mom adopted 2 of her grandsons (all of these kids are siblings). Our family also fought for my other nephew and niece only to be threatened with losing the ones we had already had placed with us if we continued to fight for them and push getting visits. The system is completely messed up and too much is left to the worker's discretion, (Isn't that pretty much that worker's opinion?)
We were allowed to adopt 3 nephews into our family but denied our youngest niece and nephew. Also that is a form of abuse, to the point of being downright cruel to deny a child the right to be with his brothers and sisters. I could go on and on about this issue with child welfare, The system needs some serious work, that's for sure!
Maybe parents should be parents instead of looking for their next fix. Grow up and take care of your kids so others don't have to! That means get a job & stop using welfare or selling food stamps for drugs. If only CPS could share the real reasons why children are removed then people would understand. Parents play the victim when they know darn well what they are doing. People that criticize CPS are simply future clients. Only those people would think CPS is to blame for the parents stupidity.
Mature adults would face their TOTAL INABILITY to have children of their own, not use ours as props and crutches. They are born like us! Most of these wannabes are sterile from STDs or waiting too long. They had 'better' things to do than make babies - make money, buy crap, etc. They're delusional. They'll never be mothers and fathers. My son's adopters could never have made such a brilliant, wonderful man. That's why adopters want our children. They don't want to look inferior.

The only reason why CPS is kidnapping children is because these chicken parents are allowing them to. Anyone approaching my home demanding the stealing of my children will be very sorry, if they're still alive after the dust clears. All parents should defend their children with their lives if necessary. For what would life be without our kids?
It's a sad fact of life that some people are just outright wicked, or mentally twisted. But, we can't allow the actions of a few sickos as an excuse to destroy the Rights of the many, or to justify an out-of-control government agency to kidnap children at any whim they may conjure up.
i lost my kids to thease assholes and still fighting thease people lie and steal your kids for profit thear is alot of proof of that i did nothing wrong and all it took was a report from somebody that i turned for dealing drugs next door from me

She knew something was wrong with my case so she tried to find the docucentation on complaints about me butbut there was non. She phoned the school to do her own investigation but now the school refused to talk to cfs. Me & my children was lost in the system cause of my old worker was angry & took it out on me. My new worker even said sorry to me.

When cps shows up things like a dirty cup and plate in the sink waiting to be washed is written up and presented to a judge as a sink full of dirty dishes. If I was hiding something they would of found something but never did.Thats why I got my kids back. KI finished school, than went to college, I had my kids but broke up with there dads, & CFS knows why, I dont swear but occassionally I do, but not around my kids, I am ver patient, I try to give my kids the world, I dont believe in hitting,or screaming, I love to have my place clean & organized.The only problems when It came down to that CFS didnt like was my life is my children. My daughter is 9yrs old & just started dating again.

I was soo concerned for my kids that I fought & fought & fought until I got the foster mom under investigation, the CFS worker out of there & most importantly that I won & got my kids back. The latest stats are two thirds of kids that are taken away would have done better in their happy home than put into foster care. DHS is paid big bucks to adopt kids out. They don't give a shit about the kids' feelings. It's simply money in their pockets. They all ougt to be shot between the eyes!

I have raised many flags in my daughters case and I am playing their game to just bring out the corruption and lies in court! When I bring them out (in court) the judge gets more and more frustrated! I know what I am doing is helping to reveal the socialist agenda of this government in wanting to traffic children.

I have read a lot of so-called CPS corruption stories and I notice that most of the parents were not properly taking care of their kids. Then CPS shows up and takes them. They have every excuse why they weren't taking care of their kids or why it appeared that they weren't. Normal people are not afraid of CPS. It's called TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS and you won't have to worry. This is just pathetic. A lot of abuse has to take place before they take kids. Stop blaming others!

Also my new worker told me that the older workers are pissed off & is taking it out on the families cause they are getting forced out & being replaced by new younger workers with a new perspective on things. but I got the worker forced out earlier though

The new CPS worker is just passing the buck to be able to work with you. I do it all the time...if a parent complains about a worker, I agree with them, go right back to the office and tell that worker and we laugh about it. I am a CPS worker and have been investigated 2x...nothing to hide...nothing has happened...you call it 'inconsistencies"....that is just an excuse- you weren't doing your job or the courts wouldn't have accepted a petition...simple as that!

I just watched a story where a woman had her kids taken and when she fought back, 1 of her fam members had theirs removed. And when they got a lawyer, CPS tried 2 take HIS kid. They make money off children and many counties have proven that they r corrupt from this.

A rational person can look at both sides and see that there is a major flaw in the way CPS handles things in many cases. Obviously you are one sided and not willing to change that judging by your response. One day someone will accuse you of a wrong doing that you did not commit and you will hopefully understand. People can lie and say someone's house is a filthy mess and the kids are starved and beaten...When they come to investigate and the house is clean, the kids are fed, there's food and the kids don't have bruises they leave you alone.
They don't take kids unless there is an immediate risk of harm.

So you play a sappy song and show pics of your kids all happy. Why did they take them? What reason did they give? They can't just walk in and take kids for no reason. Was the house filthy when they showed up? Did the kids have bruises? Did you have an abusive partner that you wouldn't throw out? Did you test positive for drugs? You don't give any information. @MissPiscespets in the last 2 years nothing has changed I hust got more support now & a new worker that gave my kids back. Also the worker put us in coucelling to help us heal for the pain & problems from the old worker & the foster home. It is helping us move on with our lives. I used techniques i learned from being a daycare worker to parent my kids. I have no abuse registry or anythin & can go back asw a daycare worker.

Let's not forget the fact that CPS also rescues children!!! Seriously, some people are fucked up and abuse their jobs. I am not denying that corruption exists. But this is true with everything in life...there are always a few bad seeds. Think about children who really are abused...to death and give some credit to the lives CPS has saved by removal of abused and neglected children. I'm sorry to those who feel they have been cheated by the system...I imagine there is nothing scarier.

@ajandlady I will never forget the workers that save my children. My old worker was a bitch. but my new worker is an excellant cps worker, she saved my kids from there old foster parents & brought my kids back to me. I know we need the system but is does need changing, they need to investigate & have facts before they removes kids from a home. My cps worker has helped me out with support. I give my worker the credit all the time. I even told her that after years I hope she dont change.

DONT REGISTER YOUR CHILD's CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH and in return get a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. You just gave GOVERNMENT the right to take your kid!. Look it up! Sovereign Civilians Unite! You can use the certificate of birth to get a passport ect. Tell the hospital that you will be doing your OWN paperwork and you need the CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH.

There is a reason CPS receives about $6,000 per month per child that they take and the assumtion that they parents were bad parents is a common one among ignorant individuals such as youself. I am the one that made the video & just to let people know I had a bitch of a CFS worker who lie, sabotaged & put them in an abusive foster home etc. It took me 2 years for CFS to know this. Now my old CFS worker was forced out & they are doing an abuse investigation. Now that I have a new worker they dont understand why my kids were taken & dont see a problem. I am getting my kids back..gradually they will give me back my kids; so on the 24th my kids will be back full time.

I hope you kept a record of all documentation and sue ! been thier seen it all and my case went right to the crown prosecutor who have all been taken out! My Daughter still runs and hides under Her bed if she sees a police car nearby!

ive had my foster son since he was 4 months his mother just left him with me state didnt take custody till he was 16 months and now that hes 18 there fighting got them back it saddens me that women like you get your kids taken for no reason in some cases and in cases were they need to be taken there left there until something horrible happens to the child i wish you guys the best and i sure hope your babys heal from that aweful mess i know it is :( godbless you guys and good luck

Most foster homes I was in kept the foster children in a separte room away from their family.We never got to go for rides to the store & such.Foster children are made to feel like they don't belong & their not wanted.Like their in the way.Most hardly ever recieve candy or something special.Plus they also may be told their family back home doesn't want them & isn't even thinking of them.Please tell your children they are all you think of.That you worry about them.Ask them what they have eatin.

i do agree with you but theres some foster moms that are in it for the child ive had my foster son since he was 4 months old and hes almost 2 hes my only child and hes got his own room and is given the stars and the moon he has more clothes and any child i know and so many toys its frustrating lol the system sickens me deeply i dont even recieve a penny from the state i just provide for him like hes my own and i hope to adopt him one day :)

Having been a foster child I can tell you there is no telling what they are going through.Please reasure your child over & over that some one at home misses & needs, & wants them.You can bet they are thinking of you every hour of the day.Most foster homes don't care about their needs,feelings or desires.They don't even care about their grade average or what cloths they like.Let alone what they like to eat.Ask your child what he does for fun.Ask them if they get to go for rides in the car.

that is a total lie that parents deserve this, I agree that everyone is not perfect, but I know of definate cases that the parents was willing to go to any extent to comply with social services to just keep their children home, but they dont care, when they have pressure to take so many children out of each county, when they get bonus for removal, and even more money for adopting them out!!!!! this is KIDNAPPING!!!! I'm so sorry! Please go online to CUB, Exiled Mothers or OriginsUSA for help. We've been fighting this for 30 years. It's a nightmare but agencies and adopters don't care! Many mothers still have severe depression and PTSD years later. They lie and tell mothers this is the "best" and "loving" thing for their babies and hide it from them that it's the WORST pain a mother can go through, worse than death. They should kill us after we surrender our babies. It would be more merciful.

I have adopted a nephew and my mom adopted 2 of her grandsons (all of these kids are siblings). Our family also fought for my other nephew and niece only to be threatened with losing the ones we had already had placed with us if we continued to fight for them and push getting visits. The system is completely messed up and too much is left to the worker's discretion, (Isn't that pretty much that worker's opinion?)

We were allowed to adopt 3 nephews into our family but denied our youngest niece and nephew. Also that is a form of abuse, to the point of being downright cruel to deny a child the right to be with his brothers and sisters. Mature adults would face their TOTAL INABILITY to have children of their own, not use ours as props and crutches. They are born like us! Most of these wannabes are sterile from STDs or waiting too long. They had 'better' things to do than make babies - make money, buy crap, etc. They're delusional. They'll never be mothers and fathers. My son's adopters could never have made such a brilliant, wonderful man. That's why adopters want our children. They don't want to look inferior.
