herself when she left new york for hollywood. you may want to listen to the original

broadway cast recording of this show. the women are all wonderful singing very moving songs. a shame they didn't just film the show.

Barbra does the definite version of the song...compare her version with Nicole Kidmans' from the movie and it's as if you hear another song.

Barbara is amazing and Nicole is in Nine playing the role of Claudia and she is beyond stunning, Nicole Kidman's version of this song can't be described, gorgeous beyond words.

it was an adaptation of fellini's movie 8 1/2

if i'm correct it opened in mid to late 1980s
