It is definitely called a "spliff" when u mix herb/tobacco, but this is NOT the best way to enjoy your herbals.

Mixing tobacco does "get you higher faster" but you will plateau sooner and will not get as high for as long as you would have. Spliffs are for those addicted to cigarettes who want to skip the cancer break but still get some nicotine.

If you don't smoke cigarettes, spliffs are a horrible idea as you are SUPPOSED to inhale & HOLD IT IN. Try that with a spliff & you will get nauseous
