  • 2 people are not human

  • Love it!!!!:)

  • Sounds like a funeral drudge.

  • nice

  • no to be rude but for watching marching band the front row is prob. the worst seat ever

  • @guildofshades Dont call the Cavaliers a marching band.

  • @RockstarDaniel Right,.... Drum Corps are not Marching Bands,..... DC are Bad Ass,.... MB are Lame!!!!

  • @guildofshades its not marching band dumbass

  • @jthrunz what ever and this makes me a dumbass aren't you mature

  • @jthrunz Can't expect people who aren't involved heavily in music of this nature to know that there is a difference between Marching Bands and Drum Corps any more than the Motorcycle enthusiast can't expect everyone to know the difference between a motorcycle and a chopper -_-

  • @SilverSodaCan be careful, that fact makes it a trollers dream. lets keep it on the down low :)

  • That was beautiful!

  • this is amazing wow

  • my dad was part of the green machine 69-75 Terry Lee "Scotty" Barth

  • @pelican2045 legit. what'd he play?

  • FTW!

  • Chills...everytime

  • simply amazing words can not describe

  • i cried.

  • It's not about the best version of this song... It's all about the tradition and meaning it holds to the members of this drum corps.

  • I was in SkyRyders in 1993. I remember this being our corps song but for the life of me I can't rember if we sang or played it, or both. I do feel a huge ball of emotion build up as I hear this version. This corps inspired my joining Sky and has always been an exceedingly classy group of young men.

  • there are three corps that, simply put, have the best corps songs. in no particular order:

Santa Clara Vanguard- Send in the Clowns

Madison Scouts- May You Never Walk Alone

    Cavaliers- Somewhere Over The Rainbow

  • *O* AMAZING!!!

  • That has to be the best version of that song i have ever heard. That was just pure gold beautiful.

  • I wanna see Southern University march at one of these it would be funny to see and hear the crowds reaction.

"Damn those negroes can dance and omg their so so loud." lol

  • @Playatbone85 I don't know how much you know about drum corps but southern university would be laughed out of the stadium.

  • beautiful.

  • Wow, 1:06 sounded so well blended, and it was just so gorgeous!

  • It's always so amazing how well these two songs go together.

  • love how the trumpet just floats over the top

  • @theflyingtrumpet123

ironically states "the flying trumpet" lmao.... ;)

  • For a long time, the prejudice of my band got the best of me and I was anti-cavaliers. Then I actually did my research, watched their shows. I'm now planing to march with them, as I believe they truly are the best corps on and off the field.

  • the cavaliers have always been my favorite corps. Something about them.. can't beat it.

  • lol 2:10 completely ruined it :P "PRETTY"

  • Utterly beautiful. :D I love the cavies.

  • hey DSquared, fuck you

  • hes right though.

  • I second that.

  • crown shmlown...its a cavies vid..not crown.. :)

  • People talk about other corps on their videos all the time. It happens. Get over it.

And using Dr. Seuss rhymes makes you sound like a homo

    Also...Crown DID do it better...

  • Gorgeous!!!!

  • o my god!!! the trumpets at 1:26 ...

    <33333 gah!!! *don't have words*

  • Aren't those soprano bugles?

  • they probably are

  • I don't know that many corps, especially the big guys, use bugles anymore. Many have been using trumpets since at least 2001.

  • @flurbybox

2000, 3 valved bugles are allowed, and not all instruments must be tuned in G, so they used trumpets, baritones, mellophones and tubas tuned mostly in Bb

  • No, no one plays those anymore really....but they (The Cavaliers) do have a nice dark sound

  • why do i have minus signs??

  • @vampireeclipses91 ok that one was me, i jus had to sorry

  • I will be that mellophone soloist someday

  • Good luck. Hope you achieve that dream.

  • i was totally going to say that!

  • sike

  • @DSquaredProductionz

Cavaliers did it first, along time ago before Crown existed, check where Crown placed this year

  • This is my favorite version of this song - ever done, singing or otherwise. So BEAUTIFUL.

  • That's soft sound =]

  • This is my favorite corps song. Thanks for posting! :)

  • @beccahostilo07 naw, its alright but for umph and power i has to be Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral PHANTOM REGIMENT!

  • @beccahostilo07 That's not their corps song. Semprer Paratus technically is, just me being a fanboy ;)

  • @LIBurnett94 Technically it's Semper Paratus :D

  • @DrummerGrayson Thanks for that Spelling correction. :)

  • @LIBurnett94 no problem!
