just fyi, wabbajack is given as a part of sheogorath's daedric quest, and he's holidaying in the mind of ANOTHER crazy guy (a dead emperor), who you have to help "treat". wabbajack had a different quest in oblivion, a less cool one, and also existed in daggerfall. chillrend exists several times as it is a levelled weapon and several different versions of it exist, each one has its own stats
