All the video's you see on this channel of someone doing a back-flip off a 10 foot high wall is not parkour.. that is freerunning and by posting "Parkour" in the name that makes it a lie. Freerunning is for fun.. Parkour is for travel.

@Mahiz96 No Matrix isn't real :S, and it's not just speed. Ofcourse, it's Traceurs btw, have no extra chance against a helicopter, except maybe via agility and being unexcpected/hard to aim at. I do think that 100 guys in a minute is a bit optimistic btw. But in the streets where gunfights happen, they definitely have an advantage whether it be being able to get to a certain place to 'pick people off' or moving around the area in a way your oponents can't. We don't think too much of ourselves
