McCready was Jerry Steuerman's guardian angel. And wtf is up with Shari saying, "if Jerry wanted to disappear, they wouldn't have found him"? Oh, come on, Shari!!! Scott Peterson wanted to disappear, but they found his ass! And we all know Scott Peterson is guilty as sin of murdering his pregnant wife!

The circumstances of this case stink to high heaven! It's unbelievable that Marty has had to spend 17 years in prison, an innocent man. I wish him all the luck in the world on his quest to recapture and experience a new life as a free man. Hopefully, one of these days, the real truth will come out and the real perpetrators will be rightfully imprisoned!

i lived on long island during this whole ordeal and knew some of the players in this case. i knew marty could not have done this crime and always was suspect that someone else did the murders. i am glad he has finally gotten out after all these years :o)

Marty Tankleff is now free and he can't be tried again because the detective who secretly persuaded Marty to confess did a poor job and convicted the wrong man because instead of finding oter leads who did it he thinks that he got his suspect! Convict Jerry Stauerman!

and the half sister on the vid has a bar on LI with McCready who has run away to Myrtle Beach, SC..Marty has been released on bail and may be aquitted..but half sister wants to see him in jail..guess she must have something to hide.
