Nikdy sem asi neslyšel češtinu s hebrejským přízvukem, tak to těžko můžu popřít. Nicméně otázkou zůstává co dělala Ivetka Bartošoic když tohle natáčeli?! Proč to museli dát nějaký mařce co neumí česky?? :-D
A potom když odplouvá
FUNNY! This song is an expression of pain and sorrow of the Jews under the brutal ruling of pharaoh over them. Today the Palestinians would be singing the same song about the brutality of some Jewish leaders over them. I could feel the agony in their heart when they call out "DELIVER US, DELIVER US". Many children are being killed. Sometimes we forget the history.
Im turkish Im not Czech so I can't understand that language and my English is not veryy well also
then ı thought that this voice is so similar to Ofra Haza's voice but she can't speak all of those languages maybe someone could be showed her how she can sing in Czech or she just could be read and followed Czech lyrics on the papers and then she could be sang...;)
but song is nice even though ı can't understand Czech language...;)
The song by Ofra Haza is beautiful and I like Czech lyrics and the way she sings it in Czech (I am Czech). I find it fascinating to listen in so many other versions, Hebrew, French, English, Brasilian Portuguese...
Czech language isnt basicaly so dificult, but we have very much grammatical rules and exceptions. Point is, that realy dificult part comes when you try to master language, not just understand.
Does anyone know if this song sings Ofra Haza? In all language i think. Because it has strange accent in Czech and the voice is similar in all versions. If it is true, it´s amazing, she must learn so many languages!
Yes, she does! She sang it in 28 languages. She has that typical accent and jewish pronunciation of some phones in polish too, but I think it's beautiful and natural.
I LOVE Czech language. I can understand 90% without studies! :D Pozdrowienia dla Czechów!
I also read in wikipedia about Ofra Haza. It is super to hear something like that about my language. XD I admire you, because Czech is very difficult, i think. 8D So good luck in next studing. :D
Well, you shouldn't admire me at all. Czech is simmiliar to Slovak and Slovak is simmiliar to Polish. We've got loads of common words and points in grammar..., but I know nothing about czech orthography. My understanding is passive. Maybe iliakatka would be able to do that?
No, no; Jewish. Of course language is known as Hebrew, but not every Jewish could actually use it even if he/she "inherited" way of speaking from his/her parents. And Hebrew was dead for some centuries. Hence I say "Jewish".
Czech, Polish and Slovak languages are west-slavic group of languages so in most cases we (Polses, Czechs and Slovaks) are able to understand each other speaking in native languages with only a little difficulty.

I am not able to say anything about how good she did it here, but Polish version is sung perfect with only a little sight of Jewish accent.

Oh, so she is, wow, she is really good, I would think it was a czech singer!!
diamondinchrist 2 years ago
the chinese she didnt sing so here i can judge only with her voice.
i think she sang the first two lines "yaldi hatov veharakh al tifhad val tirad yaldi"
and than the czech singer continued her.

I am czech, and I can hear the accent in her voice, she has good czech, but it is visible that it isnt her native tongue.

no, it''s her ...
you even saw that in the chinese version she didn't sing the hebrew part.
