True, Environmental studies should start in Pri.Sch. I attended an eco-school in S.Korea and was amazed at how exhaustive the lessons were. They start with the tiniest weeds/insects - names/identification/role/uses etc and move on to the larger ones. My best was on waste disposal, recycling & decomposition - mainly the length it takes different matter to decompose and effects thereof on soil/life. We must RULE and SUBDUE the earth as per Gen 1:28 or continue to inflict ourselves with suffering.
