That's not correct. Synthetic vitamins per se are not necessarily bad. The problem is when they're used in isolation, without all the necessary cofactors for your body to use them properly. Synthetic ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is one example - it doesn't exist in isolation in food. Nutrilite may include ascorbic acid, but in combination with natural products that help your body use it. Like food, it doesn't exist in isolation.

Sorry Izzie, but you are incorrect. Synthetics tend to be not much use isolated, but can be very beneficial in conjunction with other phytonutrients (ie plant compounds). Double X absolutely includes some synthetics. Check the ingredients list. To name just one - Ascorbic Acid. This is synthetic Vitamin C. There is also Acerola Concentrate, which provides natural source Vitamin C plus other phytonutrients.

Yes the supplement works. simple facts like carbohydrates cannot be utilised properly without vitamin B, or how often can we get our 100% of vitamin D which can only be absorbed from the sun. now im no expert but i've been a user for a few months and have experienced some positive results. again i believe different people have different absorbtion rates and metabolic rates. so the experience may differ from one to another.

Double X might help with energy levels and recovery, but not help pervent injury. In athletics, injury can occur due to an imbalance in muscle strength, causing stress on particularly points, so you may want to speak to a strength training expert about your weights program and working on weak spots.
