What I saw of that vid before it locked up showed a couple of smoking lumps laying in the street, hardly anything incriminating. Considering white phosphorous is allowed to be used in night flares, smoke screens, and missile defense, I'd say that's mroe likely where those pitiful excuses for evidence came from. I saw inteviews with Hamas members myself where Al jazeera asked them about rocket firing and why their don't stop firing them.
